They arrived within 30 minutes! We were amazed right away. As they mounted the bike onto the flatbed my husband shared that this happened two days prior. George (that mechanic) assessed the problem and knew right away what the problem was. He drove us to the shop in his clean and nice truck and while on the road George called ahead, advised the situation and had the office on task to find the tire we needed. It's a rare tire and it took them a difficult search to locate it. They made us comfortable while we waited and really went above and beyond with their caring, considerate and efficient respect. They stayed beyond closing hours to make sure that the job was done right with exceptional care. It was such a pleasant experience from the first moment that I not only joined Angie's List just to share my story but am calling them back as well to thank them for the service we recieved. Above and beyond doesn't happen just anywhere anymore.
