Description of Work: Our natural gas fireplae was not turning on. He cleaned the inside of the fireplace and adjusted the necessary switches. While he was working on the fireplace he answered several questions we had concerning the fireplace. He showed us how to turn off the pilot light to clean the fireplace ourselves if we choose to, and showed us how to relight safely. We will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: Our gas fireplace wasn't turning on. They carefully diagnosed the problem, tried a few solutions out, and ordered the needed part. They returned a second time to put the needed part in, then a third time to check to make sure everything was ok. Very professional. |I chose this company in part because they were able to come sooner than two other companies I had called.

Description of Work: Converted our kitchen range system from electric to gas. From the estimate to the completion of conversion, they know what they are doing. We definitely would hire them in the future when we decide to convert our wood fireplace to gas.

Description of Work: All fuell installed a fireplace gas insert system. They were very professional. Eric answered all of my questions and even scheduled a separate appointment to explain the new system to myself and my husband. All fuel also coordinated other contractor work which made the whole process seamless.

Description of Work: My gas fireplace insert would not turn on. Perry arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Since I past due on my annual service, this was performed at the same time. I have used All Fuel for the past five years and have been completely satisfied with their expertise. They always arrive at the scheduled time, and take precautions to keep my floor and hearth clean. I participate in their annual maintenance program which probably avoids the type of problem I had on this visit. I find their prices to be very reasonable.

Description of Work: I called the gas company because I thought I smelled gas coming from my gas stove top. There was no problem with the stove top, but they check my two gas inserts and determined one had a slight leak. They turned off the gas and gave me the name of an authorized repair service. They never returned my phone calls, so I called All Fuel Installation. Perry Thompson came the next day and fixed the seal in the fireplace insert. He also noticed a safety issue caused during the installation of our insert and fixed that too. I'm thankfull for the small leak because Perry fixed the bigger issue that could have caused a more serious problem.
