When you show up, they do it. The way I’m doing it, I think it’s an excellent way to make sure you keep your oil change up to date because it happens every 3 months. I keep going back to them because it’s close and I got the lifetime service for my car. Overall, I have a good experience.

Lithia Toyota took good care of me. I got an appointment online with no problem. I dropped the car off on my way to work. They took me the rest of the way with their courtesy shuttle and picked me up at the end of the day. The service advisor, Ken, clearly explained the work, answered my questions and treated me with courtesy and respect. The work got done the same day, they honored all the coupons they had sent me in the mail with no problem. When I picked my car up, it had been washed and was in great shape. They did alot of work on the car, and a couple of days later I have noticed no problems and the car is running great. Lithia isn't the cheapest, but for me they have done a really good job, been good to work with, and I'll be going back.

They are honest people. The last service was under warranty. The waiting area and everything is modern and up to date. The service is very good.

The work was scheduled, car brought in, service done in the time estimated. The crew and staff were all nice, polite, and did the work as requested. I had not lived in the area long enough to have needed any major repair work done and hoped I wasn't being naive about the cost of it all. While I knew a rough estimate, I was not happy to be billed for windshield wipers, an item I could pick up and replace cheaper myself. They may have viewed it as a 'service', but I felt the bill was high enough that the extra expense was going over the top. I am aware that dealers charge more than independent shops (see http://www.cartalk.com/content/where-repair-dealer-or-independent) because they can, but I don't appreciate the added expense without consultation, especially when I was spending so much at one time.
Again, the work was done on time, everyone was nice, but for the amount of money being spent, I would really have appreciated being consulted on any additional expenses. Due to that I knocked down the 'professional' category to a D

When I drove it out of the shop the power steering was no better. They misdiagnosed the problem. I took it right back and they said they would give me a car to take home. It was late in the day and they took me to a rental car place where I thought they were going to give me a car. Apparantly that wasn't the plan. When I said I wasn't going to pay to rent a car they left me at the rental place that was closing and it was dark and I had to walk to a restaurant close by to wait for a ride home. Turns out all that was necessary was a wheel alignment which they did for no cost since I had already paid over $2000.00 to replace the power steering and an oil leak that still leaks.

I have also been there for a bad battery and they replaced it very quickly. I would give them a B all the way through.

When we bought the car, we signed up for a service, and this oil change was included. Their prices are fairly good.

I have no idea about the price because my husband took the car in. The service was fine. There were no problems. I don't have any complaints about them. We haven't had any problems with them regarding the things that they have fixed for us. I would use their services again in the future.

went there for an oil change - that was fine. But I was told that the brakes needed work - estimated at $200-$300. My mechanic looked at the brakes - nothing wrong and still nothing wrong to this day.
