Upgrading a Homes CrawlSpace Insulation and Waterproofing, Salem OR.

This home had fiberglass insulation and a simple 6 Mil vapor barrier. However these did not address the bigger threat to the home: water moisture and high humidity. These issues led to water weight in the insulation causing it to fall and mold spots and rot to take hold. To fix this space we added in a drainage system, encapsulated it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and replaced rotten wood posts with our SmartJacks.
