Just bought my second vehicle from Gladstone Toyota today and I have to say that the customer service I received was outstanding, by all parties involved. Rich Stiefel, General Sales Manager, Seth Dustin, Internet Sales Director, Jamie Semrad, Internet Sales and Tom Angel Finance Manager all went above and beyond. I feel like Im forgetting one more, but for the life of me, can't remember his name! I will find it and add it to this review because they all worked together and made up a great team. It was apparent by their actions, that my business was very important to them, and they made sure I walked away a happy customer! Car buying is extremely stressful to me, as it is to a lot of us I'm sure, and they were able to turn a misunderstanding that could've ended badly into one of my most pleasant, least stressful car buying transactions to date. I left with the vehicle I wanted, the terms I wanted and at the end of the day, I think we all walked away happy. Thanks again, for having such a great team. I am already a repeat customer and will continue to come back whenever I'm ready for another change. Until then, keep showing customers their value and you will do great! I really do appreciate everything that was done for me tonight. Thanks again, guys!

They are friendly but I wasn't very happy with a few things that came up. I told them I needed to get ahold of my insurance man because I don't want to drive off the lot without insurance. The girl said that I was covered for 30 days. A couple days went by and I finally got ahold of my insurance man. He asked where I was. I told him I was driving my car. He told me to drive it to the office right now because I was not covered even though I had insurance on the other car, you're not covered automatically. He said that's a real misnomer that a lot of these car places tell people. You are not covered for 30 days. Don't let any one tell you otherwise. They kept my husband and I there forever telling us that we had to talk to the credit people. Which I did and what they mainly did was try to sell me packages of things like all this extra insurance package for extended warrantees and things like that. It just went on and on. We were hungry and we hadn't eaten and we are old. We were worn out by the time we got done.

The reason I gave them a B overall, was part of the sale was rushed and I signed something that I probably shouldn't have. They explained it in the time that I had - I was in a rush - but I probably wouldn't have signed it, if I had more time.

The workers were good. You drive into the place and they have a person who greets you. That is who you deal with. I didn't really have any contact with the workers other than the meet and greet person. They were very thorough.

It took most of the day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the late afternoon. I think they gave me the option of the loaner car and I declined. I felt like they were very professional and thorough with what they did.

I went in for an oil change and they wouldn't just do an oil change. They wanted to do the entire service check and I was there forever. I was a little put out with them. If they mess up next time I go (tomorrow), I won't go back.

They fit me in right away, very responsive.
They estimated it would take four hours so I took my car in at 8am. I called around three and they still hadn't finished.
Even though they tried to up sale me on a trade in, I will continue to use them if needed.

Getting in is fine, it is just finding out if your car is ready that is a challenge for them. They could work on contacting you when your vehicle is ready. Everybody thought that somebody else did it and nobody did it and so, we had to follow up.

The service went very well. I have gone there for years and I really like the staff there. The work was completed very promptly. You make an appointment online. You go in. They do it and you get out. What stands out the most about them is their convenience and they have a good parts department. They are average on their price.

I attempted to contact this dealership to have a recall issue addressed, and after being hung up on a couple times, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes to wait for someone to talk to me. When the DID talk to me, I was informed that the person that I needed to speak with was already gone for the day, and would call me back. I left my name and number, and let it go at that. A week later, with no follwo up call, I tried to call again, and got hung up on again. The person manning the phone is completely inept, and cannot manage to put a caller on hold, not pass on a message. I decided to contact a dealer elsewhere, because no matter how convienient the location is, there is NO reason to tolerate that kind of treatment from the get go.

Brought the car in for an appointment. Was told the car would be ready in an hour. Waited an hour and a half for service to be complete. What did they do? Checked the fluids and rotated the tires. Pretty long wait for a pretty short list.

OK. I had never been there before and my car had always checked out fine before. I had a leaking water pump and it seemed that there were other things needing to be done that had never had been mentioned before. I had a coupon for the oil change and there were additional fees that seemed misleading. I had not had that before with another dealership I had used.

We went there because it is close to home. It was so that my husband could get around. The overall experience was fine. They realized that we weren't young kids and they couldn't snowball us. It all worked out pretty good.
