James at Rose City Mortgage used his knowledge and dogged determination to get our mortgage approved and underwritten. Despite our good credit ratings, we were having trouble getting financed due to a recent foreclosure out of state. We'd had to relocate to Oregon to find work, and have been wasting money on rent for 3 years. As of today (and after James tried several different lenders before getting us approved) we are homeowners once again! We thought we'd have to wait 7 years after our foreclosure, James Komro of Rose City got us approved after only three.
James and his co-workers know their stuff. All my questions were answered -- and quickly. At one point we were in contact several times daily and James even checked in with us (and the bank's underwriter) a couple times while he was on vacation.
What's more, RCM is a green company -- they buy local, recycle diligently, and contribute to many local charities and events. Few companies of any size are as involved in the community that supports them.
