I scheduled my two daughters for back-to-back appointments. They were seen promptly, and I was well informed about what to expect and how the cleanings had gone.
Description of Work
My children's dental insurance changed, so I needed to find a new provider for routing cleanings and exams. I chose this office primarily based on location and because it was a preferred provider for our dental insurance. The office staff I dealt with were very friendly and were helpful when we ended up with payment delays from the insurance company. I did not sit in on the cleanings, but the dentist and assistant introduced themselves beforehand and came out to meet with me after.

Each of my visits has gone well. The staff is friendly and professional. The dentist is also friendly, personable, and easy to talk with. Some of the procedures I've received were quite long (several hours) and the dentist and his staff did a great job ensuring my comfort the entire time. He uses high-end technology to provide the best quality care but isn't so caught up in the techno stuff that he is distant.
