Great job overall. Tech took his time to check both the furnace and compressor including tips on how to keep clean and prestart up in the future. Took his time to do a very thorough job.

Service requested when central A/C failed to work. When serviceman arrived, the A/C started and worked fine. No fault could be found. Thus, a "preventative maintenance" service was conducted.

It was fine. They performed whatever the deal was.

I used Steven Conner because he had hundreds of reviews on Angie's List and they were almost all A's. I am incredibly indebted to him because when I told him I was buying an AC for my daughter's house because she has lupus and was being made horribly worse by this heat wave, he dropped everything and came over the next day to install it!!! Wow - can you imagine?! I just can't recommend him highly enough as a result! A true prince.

He checked the charge on the system and put 1lbs of refrigerant in the system and it did not fix the problem. He did not do the 24 point inspection and he told me there was nothing more he could do and told me to call his office for a new air conditioner. It is now 88 degrees in the house, I had to go out and buy some spot coolers, for an additional $500 and and I paid him $300. My house is still very hot and I am not satisfied

The technician, Paul, arrived earlier at 3:45pm for a 4:00pm or later overtime appointment. The compressor was not working when he arrived. He took some voltage measurements and discovered the bad start/run capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and got the compressor working but the compressor windings voltages were fluctuating indicating a compressor about to die. He presented the bill for $129 service charge and $197 for the capacitor. I was shocked at the cost of the capacitor and he said that is what everyone pays and I could not find a capacitor any cheaper. I paid the technician and then searched the internet for a capacitor with the same specification. I found one on Amazon for $13.98 and that was not the cheapest one. Did I get ripped off or did I get ripped off?

It went well. Comfort did the work to find out that our Heat Pump unit was still under warranty and took care of those details. We had to wait for Comfort to get a new compressor and complete the work because of the high demand during the heat wave. Paul did an excellent job when he got here and we were cooling by that evening. It continues to work well with no call backs.

This guy was great! He asked me how much I wanted to know about what he was doing and gave me some great advice about maintaining my system (as well as showed me!). They had to reschedule my first appointment because of a hot weather wave but they showed up right on time and didn't even suggest rescheduling me again despite still being in the middle of the heatwave. I will be calling them again in the fall to check out my furnace.

All was fine. On time, pleasant, efficient. Said furnace is in good shape.

Checked the running AC pressures, inspected the air filter, (he put everything back, but forgot to close and secure the air filter flapper door). Other than the flapper door being left open - I closed it after he left, he did a good job.

Our family had a very good results from Comfort Solutions. Their bid was the lowest and the most complete. The owner gave us the bid and suggested a better place to install the new air conditioner. The two installers arrived on time and completed the job, with no fuss and no problems, in one day. They were neat, putting painting covers down, and cleaned up everything before leaving. They answered all our questions and made some excellent suggestions about how to use the thermostat and the best filters and how long before a new one was needed. Part of the contract calls for a free check up. We know that if we have questions we can call the company and get good answers. Best of all during the month we have been using it, even on the hottest days, the new air conditioner is really producing cool air in our house. .

Scheduling and check-up went smoothly and professionally. I am glad I took advantage of the Big Deal, now knowing that my airconditioner is working well.

Service provider arrived on time and was very professional. He ran a number of checks on my air conditioner. I purchased the house late last summer and had not used the system, so wanted someone to make sure it was running properly. I also asked a number of questions about the safe operation of the system and the provider was very thorough in providing answers. I would use Comfort Solutions again.

I bought a coupon to have my air-conditioning serviced, and they wrote me that they could schedule a visit after July 29th. I wrote back and said that was too late and could they let me know if they might have a cancellation. I never heard back from them.

They found cracked heat exchangers in the furnace.

My neighbors had noticed that a vent had a flap that seemed opened. My guy made an extra trip up his ladder and closed it. It was for an attic fan that I didn't know I had. Beyond the call of duty to help a senior citizen.

These guys were good. They agreed to do both AC units for the Angie's list price, which I appreciated. They were responsive and helpful and even showed me how to remove my thermostats and check the battery packs, something I hadn't done for years. I would use them again.
