Description of Work: Toby did a long and thorough home inspection for our home purchase and quickly sent a detailed report for our records. He continued to correspond with us weeks after as we had a slew of questions about our home and the inspection going beyond my expectations of his service. I'd say Toby is a trustworthy and knowledgeable inspector. They also performed a radon scan.

+ -1 moreI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS INSPECTOR. HE CAME IN AND FOUND CRITICAL TESTS THAT NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED THAT OTHER INSPECTORS DID NOT FIND. WE WERE BUYING AN OLD HOUSE AND HE KNEW IT WAS VITAL FOR THE SOIL TO BE CHECKED BECAUSE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OIL IN THE SOIL. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. HE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. LISTED 3 IMPORTANT TESTS THAT NEEDED TO BE RAN, AND WE FOUND CRITICAL INFORMATION OUT.
