They truly fulfilled there promises by showing up when they said they would even though the weather wasn t that good that day. They were able to complete the repair and cleaned up everything around the house. They were also professional.

excellent service from start to finish. The owner was great to deal with, flexible, and professional. He had a large crew working from 7 AM until after 8 PM for a week to replace our large roof. He kept a close eye on the progress of the job and kept us informed, as did his on-site foreman. They did a great job of cleaning up and did zero damage to our extensive landscaping. The roof and skylights look terrific, people still come by and tell us how good it looks. Overall, top notch. I couldn't be happier.

They were prompt and extremely fast, despite the fact Summer is the busy season for roofers. In fact, they came sooner than we anticipated. They erred on the size of the skylight when they submitted the bid. The ended up getting the wrong size and underbidding it. They had to special order the right size and ate the increased cost themselves. The quality, workmanship and speed was very good, as was their cleanup. We highly recommend.

They were wonderful, they were very efficient and fast, they did the work in the time that they said they would, they didn't leave a mess at all.

I obtained 4 estimates (3 from Angie's List companies and 1 other company reference from a friend). 2nd lowest estimate was Nail It who I selected. Rodrigo showed up on time for the estimate, provided his company information and references to call at that time in a packet along with their insurance info. His estimate came in 2nd lowest of the 4 and there was considerable variation with one ridiculous bid at 14k from another well-rated Angie's list company. They're a relatively new/young company so I called almost all the folks on his reference list (20 or so). All in all - I got very good feedback from all of them on roofing job quality/price/etc. so I decided to go with them. I faxed my signed contract back to Rodrigo on a Saturday and they were going to be out 2 or 3 weeks before they could get there; however, on Monday morning, I got a call and they had availability the next day - so they came on Tuesday and had it all done by Wednesday at noon! I stayed onsite watching the process all day Tuesday with fam members watching process Wednesday morning until I got there. Pedro (also an owner of the company) was managing the job onsite (helpful, friendly, fair). All in all, they provided a good bid (minus the missed 3rd layer), were prompt, have good attention to detail, and were reasonable on the additional unscoped work. I would use them again. Also, their cleanup is very very good - they left the site in good condition even between days (tuesday to wednesday) which was important for the 2 tenants that are there.

I thought the price was very good. They were the cheapest of three or four bids. The work was done well. There were a couple things they did wrong but I think it was just miscommunication. When I told them about it they fixed it right away.

Great! Rodrigo was excellent to work with, got the work done on time, did not harm my landscaping, grounds, etc. and came in under budget. The latter was a nice surprise.

They were prompt and quick about their work. They explained everything and they said we could watch them if we were worried about anything. They found the leak and fixed it. They also said that if we found any additional leaks that they would come out and fix it free of charge.

Rodrigo brought me roof samples and we discussed the roof windows (Velux) He had done my neighbors roof and windows, they were very pleased. We also discussed what could be done for the entry. Once the weather was good, he was right there with enough workers to finish the major part of the job in days. There was a misunderstanding about the entry, as soon as I called him he came over and said the worker had laid the membrane on top of the existing material. He had them come and tear it out, down to the boards underneath (about 3 layers of whatever). They had to tear off cedar siding which they had put up to do this. After the boards were checked, plywood was laid and the membrane was reattached as well as the cedar siding. At the same time, he had a more attractive solution for a side ledge which he had replaced and when they replaced the cedar they added some in another area which looked worn. I was not charged for the original membrane, nor the extras. He has an excellent crew of workers and he is extremely responsive to the client's desires. I would recommend him highly.

Rodrigo came out to give us a bid on a recover job since we only had one layer of shingles on the roof. He was one of the only contractors that got up on the roof and physically inspected it prior to giving us the bid. He had some excellent recommendations to improve our attic ventilation since we have 2 bedrooms up there and it can get quite hot. He also noted that the chimney flashing was only partially complete and had his crew completely replace it. When we received the bid, it was about $400 more than the lowest bid, but my husband and I felt more confident with Rodrigo since he was so helpful in explaining the problem with our roof and chimney and gave us many options to choose from. We chose a specific date to do the work so that we could be home. Nail It Roofing's crew came at 7:15 in the morning and immediately got to work. They took care to pad their ladders so our gutters wouldn't be disturbed. They laid out tarps to collect the debris. There were about 8-10 workers. Afterwards, they used a blower afterwards to clean the dust off the doors and windows. I'm so glad we went with Nail It Roofing because even though we discussed a recover job, his crew did a complete tear down of the 1st layer of shingles, inspected the existing plywood, replaced one board that was near the chimney, recovered it in felt and then laid the new shingles. They worked with us to add a vent for the bathroom fan and are going to come back and add more vents on the front of the house since we have a divided attic. The new roof looks great. We more than got our money's worth. The crew was professional, on time, quick and cleaned up the site. A+.

They where very friendly when they where there working for me. They where very professional about the job. They had done a good job at cleaning up they where done. They had showed up on time everyday to do the work.

The roof was replaced 3 months ago and appears fine. They were so quick and able both neighbors chose them to do their roofs. The only quirky thing is they say they will call in a bit to let you know when they can work, but they do is call and say "can we come now and do the roof?" it was odd but okay. The roof is fine.

They were very responsive to my request for a bid. The work performed was very professional and was done very quickly, no mistakes were noted by myself after or during the process. I would use this company again for any roofing needs in the future.

They were prompt about coming out to give an estimate and worked in the repair at short notice due to an upcoming windstorm. The workers were friendly and efficient. They left the work area very clean. I was very happy with the repair and it has held up well.

Outstanding all around. Quick reply to need for estimate, extremely professional bid, returned calls promptly, excellent communication throughout. Crew arrived on time, placed supplies on roof, then had to wait for rains to stop. On the first dry day, full crew arrived on time, very efficient and professional. We left to run errands and when we got home at 5pm, they were already finished, left house and plants in super-clean order. Neighbor said they had finished over an hour before. We were amazed they were so fast. Finished result looks perfect and we give them our highest recommendation. Forgot to add that the final cost was a bit below their estimate due to a credit for excess materials. That has never happened to us before and speaks to their honesty.

Mr. Chavez responded quickly to my desperate call for stopping a leak going down the chimney into my upstairs. He & his crew came out on a Saturday morning & did a temporary repair. He recommended I have someone do a re-tuck on the chimney. This was interesting in that he was probably the 6th person to try & fix the problem including the company that installed a new roof about 6 or 7 years before & a re-tucking of the chimney a year before that. I followed up on his advice & he was right. The problem was the chimney.

Rodrigo is a man of his word, they do quality work and I am so glad that I found them. I had less problems getting a whole new roof put on my house by them than I've had ordering a pizza to be delivered! They came out, did an estimate, gave me a projected time frame and within that time frame I get a call one morning from Rodrigo saying that the weather would be good to do the roof that day (no rain) despite the fact that rain had been forecasted all week. Rodrigo assured me that the weather would hold out until after they were done at 3:00. I kid you not, not a drop fell until after they had completed the job, exactly as he said. He has an intuition that is eerie, the instincts of professional who really knows his craft and skills from which our local meteorologists could learn a thing a thing or two. I went to work that day with an old roof and came home to a brand new roof that came in at exactly the price he had quoted me and it's absolutely gorgeous! These guys rock!

The company's representative, Rodrigo Quintanilla, came to our initial appointment very prepared. He had a folder complete with references, CCB information, and brochures on various roofing products. He was prompt and professional. He performed an inspection of the roof and e-mailed a bid, complete with all my options for upgrades. Any time I had a question, he answered it promptly. The only frustration was that the project was scheduled and rescheduled a couple of times, but I guess that's the nature of the roofing business. Once the project was started, though, I was amazed. They finished the entire project in less that one work day! The icing on the cake was a phone call at about 1 p.m. indicating that our old roof fan was looking pretty bad and inquired if I wanted them to install a new one. Once I said yes, they purchased a new fan and had it installed before I returned home from work. The best part -- the invoice was less that the bid!!!

After severe rain and wind storms we were stuck with a leak in our master bathroom ceiling. My husband was out of town but the repair couldn't wait for his return, so I turned to Angie's List. I called about 5 different roofing companies in the area and Nail It was the only company willing to come to my home to give me an estimate within 2 days of my call. The crew arrived on time and were extremely pleasant and willing to explain what they planned to do. Within 15 minutes they assessed the problem and explained that they could fix the problem immediately. 45 minutes later the leaks were taken care of and they were on their way. Nail It was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them. We plan to use them again for other roofing jobs.

I e-mailed them late one afternoon. They called me back early the following morning and were able to come out the same day. That afternoon the work was completed.

New roof, there were a lot of questions and research to do before final material was selected. Since NW Oregon is known for the moss and algae, it was important to select material that prevented to detain the grown and have the roof look very professional. Nail It provided with different options in material and professional advice to achieve our goal. During the stages to put on new roof, as Nail It stated what they would do, they did as they promised. What we did not expect and were very pleased with was the blue tarp that was put around the perimeter of the home to catch any debris that had fallen, especially the nails. The workmanship was done very professional, the attic, yes the attic, was clean of debris, and during these very heavy rain days in the past two month, no leaks or any material problems. Nail It exceeded our expectations.
