He inspected our roof and said that we did not need a new roof. He was the only one who actually climbed the corner roof and took a look at it. People had taken the copper strips out. There was moss where the strips had been removed. He told us that it just needed to be cleaned. I appreciated his attitude. He saved us a lot of money. We will probably need a roof in about 3 years. We will use him then. We have referred him to a few people. He gave us a quote. We had the job divided into 2 sections. We wanted a bid only for 2 stories. He said that there was no need to do the lower part. He came within 24 hours of our calling him. He came a few minutes earlier than the time he said he would be here.

We have been remodeling the entire 2nd story of our house and adding 3 dormers. Because we were doing the work ourselves we really didn't know when we would need them to come out and start the work, but when we did get there we would need them right away. :) I talked to Rodrigo several times about the situation and he didn't seem worried about it. I had my doubts, however. When we were finished framing, we gave them a call and they were able to come over within a few days and finished in 1.5 days. They had to tear off 3 layers of roof including a layer of the original cedar shingles and resheet the whole thing. I was super impressed with how fast and thorough they were. They even installed our 2 new skylights for us. I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking.

They did a great job. The owner of the company was very helpful in choosing the kind of roof that we wanted. Their estimate was very good. They were really fast. We have a large roof. They came out and fixed the roof in two days. They took off the old roof and put in a new one. There were about 10 guys running around on the roof to get the work done. We were really surprised, as everything happened within a week and it was very hot at that time. They had very less time in their schedule in which they could get the work done. They had to come back and replace the skylight, as they didn?t have enough time to order it. We would use their services again, if needed and we have recommended them to others too.

The work on the roof was great. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves - there were no nails left on the ground when the job was done, and that was important because we have a dog. The only problem we had was that we had asked for soffit vents to be put in and they were not done. We called them and when they came, they actually cut a slit in the roof about 3 inches wide, and did stick a venting system right up underneath where the shingles are - I didn?t expect that at all. There was some confusion between us and the contractor on that one. We had three providers come out and Nail It Roofing gave us a great price. When we started complaining about the soffit vents, their responsiveness started going downhill from then on. We just came to the conclusion that what was done was done, and decided to move on.

Rodrigo was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He advised us on material's, options, colors, etc. Since this job was done on our Church, the Parish Council had to approve this expenditure. He was very accomodating throughout the approval process. In addition they took photos of the work and sent them to us for our Church Photo Album. They were there when promised, and finished on time.

This is a low pitch roof with even more water damage than I'd expected. The job was bigger than they had planned but they changed their schedule without complaint, worked well and worked quickly. Very pleased with the result.

In addition, the crew as delightful to have around. They pleasant, courteous and worked very well together. Honestly, we are completely blown away by the quality and professionalism of the company. Great job Rodrego and Pedro!

Our experience was terrific. Nail-It came in w/ the lowest estimate. The job was scheduled and completed w/ amazing speed. Everyone on the crew was friendly and respected our home. They also did a great job cleaning-up. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I like them very much and will use them again if need to in the future.

I contacted them by email with an estimate I had received from them the previous year and said I was ready to schedule the work. He reviewed the previous estimate and honored it, plus answered my many questions about the different options. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks. They were prompt, did the work for the roof in one day and returned the next day for the gutters. They were consistently friendly, professional, and the work is excellent, plus no plants were damaged. This estimate was the highest of those I got, but I believe I got a higher quality job vs. what I would have gotten from the others I met with.

The owner came when he said he would and answered questions thoroughly. When they came to do the work they had plenty of help to tear off the old and put on the new. They were done in one day and cleaned up very well afterward.

Of the 5 companies that I called for estimates, Nail IT was the most prepared and professional during both the site visit and the delivery of the estimate. Add to that that their estimate was the best one and they won the business. When there was a break in the weather they called and were out the next day. They were quite fast and completed the job in 1 day. All in all they did a good job, however they did not properly seal a skylight upon re-installation and did not fully complete some dry rot repairs to the facia and soffit covers that I had requested. When I called about the sky light they said they would be out the next day to place some foam tape around the curb of it. Upon researching, the recommended method was to use caulk. After waiting untill 3:00 the next day I went ahead and did this myself as I did not want to wait as the weather was supposed to turn bad again.

It was a pleasure to work with them, even in getting the estimate. They seemed much more trustworthy than the other companies I had spoken with. They were very helpful and were honest in letting me know I could wait to get the roof replaced.

They arrived on time and they returned all of my calls.

Went smoothly. Rodrigo did the bid and was my contact - I didn't see him at the job, but he was always available by phone. It seemed clear that they are used to doing much bigger jobs - there were probably 8 guys working on my job and they had the whole thing done in about 7 hours. He wasn't sure how much of the underlayer they would have to replace until the old roof came off, but he was very up front about this and gave me bids for best and worse case scenarios. Where there was small spot of dry rot, he took a picture of it and replaced it for a quite reasonable price. My one comment is that this was a fairly "no frills" approach - one crew dropped off the shingles, another did the roof, another came back for the gutters, and then one of the roof guys came back for the vents - but they all were prompt, clean and did a good job. This would not dissuade me from hiring them again, but it might be a consideration if you are planning a complex or very high end restoration.

They did good work and were very efficient. They had a very good, cohesive crew. They were shorthanded on one day so they had to work on Saturday. But they got the job done and seemed to be having a good time doing the work. It was a good experience and I would recommend them. They ended up charging me the original estimate price.

The crew was fast and seemed skillful. I didn't like the flashing around the chimney but they fixed it and I signed off on the job in less than a week after I gave them the nod. The whole job, repairs and all, was less than half the estimate of a local company that had cleaned the roof four years earlier.

They completed the job in 6 hours. They did terrific work, I was pleased. They didin't stop until they were done.

Overall a great experience. Came out and performed the service on the same day.

Wokers were on time and finished the job in 1 day. Workers had to do some more work than they had orginally thought or estimated. The company did not charge us for the extra labor and materials. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, also. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Very well from start to finish. Showed up to provide estimate precisely on time. Work began on time(a little off due to vacation)done in 2 days.

Part of the reason we went with them was because there were so many reviews on Angie's List. I did go through and read a lot of the reviews. I called the gentlemen and he said, "Can I call you right back? I'm on a roof." He called my husband back a few minutes later and he didn't want to come out, which was fine because we live out in Estacada, and we told him we had some moss buildup on the roof of our 1800 square foot two story house. He gave us an estimate of about $375. They made plans to come out two days later. They were about 30 minutes late, but it's really hard to find our house so it's nothing against them. They did the work in probably a little over an hour. There were three gentlemen, they were all very pleasant, and they only charged $300. I was totally surprised. Our house was only built in 1994 and it looks like they probably did a ten year roof, instead of a 30 year roof like you should do. We asked how long would it take to do a new roof. I guess they do roofs in two days. Pretty much everything they do, they do in two days, which I find amazing that people move that fast. He said to give them a call. The one thing I found unusual is that they didn't have a business card and they didn't give a statement, but we had gone online and seen their business license. It seemed a little more casual but none of the work was casual. They did a very good job. We had said we probably wanted a metal roof. They said that they don't do metal roofs and they wouldn't recommend it for our house even if they did do it. I highly recommend them.

After a few days of phone tag (i don't blame them, as it was due to a family emergency), I got an estimate from Pedro. Even though there was a huge tree covering most of the roof, he got up there and gave me a thorough assessment. After I faxed them approval, Rodrigo was on the phone the next day, saying the weather looked good and would I like to start the job tomorrow! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and gave the go-ahead. The crew was there first thing next morning and had the old roof off in less than 3 hours. Pedro told me some old rotted plywood needed to be replaced, and I agreed. Then it was on with the new roof, again, this took little more than 3 hours. I climbed up and checked the work and it was nearly flawless, tidy and solid. They came back the next day and put up my new gutters in an even shorter time period. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after the job; you'd never even know they were there. All in all, an impressive job.

They were amazing. From the estimate to completion we couldn't be more pleased. They had experience with our type of roof and the failed integrated gutter system, from the get go knew exactly what needed to be done. They waited for the first break in the weather and had our entire project done in just a few days.

Nail It and its owner, Rodrigo, were one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. Owning a 100 year-old home and having completed many maintenance and remodeling projects over the years, I have interviewed and worked with many contractors, so that says something. I found Nail It on Angie's List and received an estimate from Rodrigo, as well as two other well-rated roofing companies. Rodrigo did everything right from start to finish. He came to his first visit with me prepared, on time, and proved himself knowledgeable. Those attributes held true throughout the project. Further, his team was polite, friendly and appeared to be equally knowledgeable. Nail It completed our job in less than three days! I have been up there a few times to take a look; the work is well done. Finally, we had a small drip of water coming in after the job was done. I called Rodrigo to let him know, and he visited the next day and personally sealed it. His price was not the lowest but reasonable and well worth the money. Nail It would be a great case study for other contractors on how to run their businesses right.
