The crew was professional and courteous and got right to work after clarifying which windows we wanted done and exactly what we expected. We have over 40 windows in our home, some on upper levels that required a ladder both inside and out. This crew was so efficient in their work that once they finished our windows you could not see any traces of drips or footprints in the house. The tracks and screens were completely cleaned and screens were put back on the windows. They explained the extra charges for skylights prior to doing them and were very fair in their pricing. We will definitely call on them for their services the next time they are needed.

The service was performed by Chris - a Marine vet. He was prompt, efficient, did a great job - and a super personality. I would welcome him back any time. He did an excellent job, and I enjoyed talking with him very much.

The two young men that came out to our home were courteous, friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on old windows and screens. Before replacing the screens they walked us through the house for an inspection, making sure we were happy with the job. I was amazed how they sparkled and how clean the tracks were. We were extremely happy with the end results and couldn't have asked for two nicer young men to do the service.. We will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone else needing this service. Besides windows they clean gutters and hang Christmas lights, which I'm very happy about.

The guys were on time and very professional. They were friendly and considerate as they worked throughout the inside and outside of the house. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave water on our wood floors or windowsills.

It and scheduling were both fine. He removed the lights in a timely manner. Communication was good and I had no problems.

Outstanding! They came on time, we talked before any work was performed, they told me what to expect, the work went exactly as they described, and the windows are sparkling clean. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again!

I purchased a window washing and pressure washing BIG DEAL, for $99 each. Both services were performed at the same time. The windows and driveway looked great when they finished, which took about 6-7 hours total. The driveway had not ever been pressure washed in the 25+ years l lived here, so it took a couple of hours and it was a little more square footage than covered by the BIG DEAL. They also had trouble getting the pressure washer working so that added to the time but Chris took his time and did a great job. I had to pay $100 extra to get more windows cleaned and extra driveway washed. I thought the price for the extra work was a little spendy, but they took the time to do a good job and were very pleasant to work with.

Decided to have more windows cleaned than the $99 special offer. Joe did an excellent job. I have already recommended him to our neighbor. The windows were so clean that the birds decided to do their business on a few of them already!!

The service went really well. The staff were very nice and professional. About a month ago, I looked at the roof and noticed the screen cover for the gutter was just slid under the roof shingles. The technicians were also prompt and on time. Scheduling was very easy.

The crew showed up late. I expected them to do at least something, but had to reschedule.........The owner of the company was pleasant and professional. The crew that came here, for the most part, was not professional. I was quite irritated...

It went ok. The two cleaners showed up 45 minutes late. The owner did tell me they would be there between 1:00 and 1:30, which was acceptable, but 2:15 was not. I did not receive a phone call that they would be tardy. Because of this, I missed an appointment I had at 5PM. That absence charged me a $175 fee for a missed appointment, because it was not canceled within 24 hours. As far as detail, they did a pretty good job. I pointed out some windows I was unhappy with after they cleaned them and they cleaned them again. But towards the end, I had missed that appointment and was too upset to point out three more windows that needed additional detail. One of the window frames was damaged during the cleaning; the paint was scraped off. When I pointed this out, the cleaners denied it. That was upsetting. Last few comments -- they showed up on a rainy day, so the money was pretty much wasted. The wind blew rain back on the windows after they cleaned them. It would have been nice to receive a phone call earlier in the day to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I realize we live in inclement weather and it's only sunny about 75% of the year, but the following week was incredibly nice. Also, I have very high windows and they are all accessible via a ladder. This was noted when I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal and also on the phone with the owner during scheduling. Yet the cleaners told me they could not and would not try to reach them. I have to wonder -- then what's the point of paying for a professional to clean your windows? What they did instead was they removed the window and cleaned it that way, and the other pane was much more accessible and easy to clean too. However, that dirt and rain from the window frame was brought into my home. Yes, they had a blanket down, but they weren't very attentive on making sure the window stayed on it 100%. I would reconsider using them again, but only if these types of issues are addressed. Also, the prices are high, so I can only afford this when there's an Angie's List Big Deal. They're not priced any higher than any other window cleaner, I'm just saying in general.

It was fine. It turned out that the price wasn't as specified I guess I have more gutter than the budget price. Basically, I didn't get the price I was hoping for and the price I had them paying. I always have my gutters clean after the winter season. I don't have any specific complains. I didn't have any complains.

Soshi was punctual, courteous, very informative in describing the work he was doing and how he was going about it, and was also very accommodating, asking if we needed any changes to the sequence, or the nature of the work, in order to minimize and inconvenience. He was also very informative on other services provided by All Day Projects. The work was completed on time and as specified, altogether to our satisfaction. We would definitely use this service again.

It went very well. The kid was thorough and very professional. The deck and porches shone like new when he had finished. Pressure washing the drive way revealed some flaws in the concrete that the contractor who poured the driveway has agreed to fix. So this was a good thing all round.

Joy called 30 minutes before arriving and then arrived promptly at the time scheduled. She and her associate walked me through the process, counted windows and confirm cost prior to beginning work. They started their work and were very tidy, all items that had to be moved to get to the windows were returned to their rightful homes. The windows and screens are amazingly clean. The track cleaning was really the final touch as it's something I rarely do and made everything seems complete. They left no trace behind other than extremely clean and beautiful windows.

The service went great. They cleaned the gutters and we paid additional for them to pressure wash the home. The technicians were very courteous and showed up on time. They were also responsive and scheduling was very easy.

Jo and Sean were here at one--they called at 12:15 to give me their ETA. The aluminium storm windows are old and tricky but they handled everything very nicely. The windows look great (all 40 little panes) and Sean even swept my porch when they were done.

They did a good job. I don’t recall any additional fees. The company seemed fine.

Great! Joe arrived on time, worked quickly, even removed several storm windows to wash both sides of windows (which wasn't in our verbal contract)

They showed up on time. They did a few extra things that I wasn't expecting like verifying drainage. They also did a great job with clean up which I appreciated. Great experience.

The job went very well. This company has a new attachment to their power washer which is almost like a vacuum attachment. It did an exceptional job without damaging surrounding flowers or house.

For what they were offering, they did well. However, I’ll not use them again because of the other costs involved when I needed more work. This was the first time I had used them. It also took two weeks to schedule, which is too long.
