In the end the job was excellent, had a few glitches , problems but they were attended to and resolved and this is a professional company with professional results.

SISU Painting did a super job! Nancy Long worked with me to choose the perfect paint color for our walls. My husband and I are both very happy with the choice. The estimate was done promptly with a very professional presentation. They were able to tackle our project in a very timely fashion, and completed the job in two days. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and professional. If I had questions, they were swiftly and satisfactorily answered. Working with Sisu Painting was a pleasure. We would certainly use Sisu Painting again!

Sisu Painting provided a timely and detail proposal. A very well prepared service contract was provided with a detail scope of the work to be completed. Their crew Robert, Topher and Martin R were outstanding. The prep work and finish product was excellent. The crew presented a Very Professional Presence. They maintained a very neat and clean work space during the project. The Sisu Painting Team from first meeting through the the entire project made us feel very special and appreciated. This is a VERY professional and organized operation that is keenly focussed on Customer Service I chose them for their positive reviews and the intrigue of a female run paint company. They did not disappoint. It started with a visit from Alyssa, the Estimator who turned up in suede boots and red nail polish and I gave her a hard time but she knows her stuff and took my kidding in her stride On the start date we had a visit from Nancy the owner, and Alyssa to make sure everything was going well. The crew of Frank, Topher, Miguel, Ezequiel and MartinR were timely, courteous and above all they know how to paint! They also cleaned up each day and left the work site clean and tidy. During the week we had further visits from Nancy, Alyssa and also Cylina, the other owner, to check in on progress and our satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent and the communications with management and the paint crew made this a much more pleasant experience than is usual with contractors. Highly recommended

Sisu Painting uses Newtech to perform siding repairs before they paint. I had warped and cracked cedar siding boards that Newtech replaced at a cost 0f $8800. The paint crew pressure-washed the house siding and waited a day to prep for paint: remove and replace old caulk, scrape certain areas, and tape and protect windows, doors, and gutters. The paint crew was friendly, punctual, courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Nancy Long, co-owner, came by several times to verify paint color selections and to request feedback regarding the quality of the work once the painting started. One feature that Sisu Painting provides before painting commences is a mailer to their customers that contains samples of the actual paint colors on large card stock. This is an excellent way to determine if the colors selected using small color samples represents a customer's choice. I have already received several compliments from my neighbors regarding the improved appearance of my home ($10,775).

Our experience with Sisu was fantastic. We used them for the exterior painting of our 35+-year-old house, and we are very happy with the results and the whole process. They were very attentive to the small details that helped ensure our house was fully prepared for painting. Our team lead, Frank, was great to work with, and was sure to check with us on small preferences about the trim, garage door, etc. The whole crew (Martin, Topher, Miguel, RJ, Rachel) worked hard, despite it being in the middle of a summer heat wave. Everything was left in good shape, and they even came back out for a follow-up walk-through to fix any minor nitpicks or details (there were almost none). Two-thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10!

Derek (supervisor), Martine, and Ezequial did excellent work painting the exterior of our home. From preparing the surface, taping off areas to avoid overspray, to painting the exterior, doors, then trim; and finally spending the final day doing touch-up painting, my wife and I were most pleased with the quality of their work. They did this while being personable, approachable, responsive and efficient. The next step, when we can fit it into our budget, is to have the interior painted. We want Sisu Painting to do the work and will name request Derek and his team. From the initial contact, the onsite visit to obtain the necessary information to provide a credible estimate, the contract submittal and acceptance, to the actual painting, all of Sisu staff we worked with were professional, personable and efficient. Thank you Sisu. I see that photos are requested. Great idea. However, I do not have a before photo. That would show a marked improvement from the after photo. It had been 21 years since the house was painted.

Nancy came out and gave me a bid. Then her team of Jason, Derek, RJ, Ashleigh, Topher, Martin, and Juan went to work. On the first day there was a little mishap, but Nancy and Salina took care of it right away. The team was always on time (even a few minutes early). Started out with four painters then increased everyday until the last there were six or seven. They finished about 3 days early and although I kept adding work to the original bid. They did a beautiful job and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We ended up painting about half the house, and we will use them next year for the other half.

Derek and his crew were amazing. I am thrilled with how my house turned out. I received bids from 4 companies and chose Sisu because I believed they would do the best job. They back rolled the entire first coat which only one other of my bids did. They bought special coverings to allow my plants to breath which I really appreciated because one of my small trees had been damaged when a tarp was left for a day on it while replacing my roof. Also Derek, the project manager, expertly tied back a cedar tree leaving it unharmed rather than cutting it back 2ft which one bidder wanted. Sisu was environment friendly cleaning their equipment and taking the waste water with them to dump it rather than dumping it on my grass which one bidder wanted to do. I really appreciated the 5 star job that Derek and his crew did. My two story chimney was in the worst shape and even in the heat they made sure the old paint that was chipping was scrapped and properly prepped for painting. Nancy, the owner, was also helpful in picking out colors, a service offered as part of the job, by only one other of my bids. If you want the best job, Sisu and their hard workers like Derek and his crew, are your best choice.

Sisu was very professional and responsive from the initial estimate right on through followup at the end of the project. All rooms except the bedrooms and upstairs bathrooms were painted. This was the first paint in twenty-five years so lots of prep was needed. Robert and his team, Lisa, RJ and Ezequiel did a great job. They all knew what to do and got right to it each day. They were conscientious and spent time properly prepping for the paint. The stairs banister had been poorly painted originally and they spent a great deal of time sanding and prepping the wood. The stairs now look beautiful. The ceilings, walls and trim (lots of doors and windows) were all well painted. They were on time each morning and cleaned up each night before leaving. The project took two full weeks. I would definitely hire SISU again for future paint projects.

It went well. My family wanted this work done before we moved in. The Sisu team was very communicative -- for example they contacted me right away when they realized that the wallpaper removal would take longer and cost more than initially expected. Also, when Robert found a note from the original owner, under the 7 layers of wallpaper, 2 of which had been painted over, he texted it to me to share the warmth and history of home.

They were great. Jason, Robert, Lisa and Topher were courteous, clean and meticulous. They set up a tent in the living room, took all the doors off and sprayed them in the tent. They also sprayed the fireplace mantel. All the woodwork was painted by hand. It looks amazing.

What a team!! First, Nancy provided a bid for painting a few rooms in the house; each one was itemized because we weren't sure which ones to paint. Four months later, we decided. Sisu did not change the original estimate, although it was three months past the official 'end' date. Second, painting was scheduled for 2 to 3 days. Third, the duo of painters came on time and we walked through the job. Derek and Jay have no peers when it comes to not only painting, but making sure that they do not damage the house. Fourth, Cylina shows up. Quite unexpected - how often does someone who runs the company come to a job site in order to make sure that everything is going smoothly?? A day and a half later, the job is finished. BUT....Cylina appears before it is finished! Now that is customer service!! Always helpful, and not to be ignored, was Alyssa, who managed the billing and paperwork. The other odd part was that the contract was built on trust because we forgot to make a down payment to ensure that Sisu would come to the house, but that turned out not to be an issue. They came, they painted, we paid, and the interior of the stairway [which was a two story challenge], bonus room, guest room, and office are much more pleasant places. Hats off to the entire team at Sisu painting - especially Derek & Jay!

This is my 3rd time hiring Sisu Painting. I had them paint 2 rooms + trim and redo my kitchen cabinets. They are not cheap but you can be assured of excellent dealings all the way around -- the estimating process, the back office, and of course, the painters. They were all professional, courteous, timely, and did great quality work. Any issues were resolved without question. They are a great business.

I have to say that there wasn't any part of this process that could have been better. Nancy and her team provided incredibly detailed and accurate information from the get-go. Our estimate was spot-on and came only hours after visiting our condo to check the space and to take measurements. Before work began, there was a lot of detailed information communicated, including setting up approval for a drawdown so we could ensure our color choice was correct, and setting up expectations for how long the process would take (in our case, 2 1/2 days). Painters Hector, Juan and Ashleigh were friendly, professional and took great care with our space. They were the cleanest crew I've ever seen, and they took incredibly pride in their work. They were quiet--so much so that our neighbors didn't even know we were getting work done on our place. Our estimated price and time frame were spot-on, and we could not happier with the final product. It was an amazing experience, and we would use Sisu Painting again in a heartbeat!

This is the sixth time I have used Sisu Painting. I can always depend on them for an excellent painting job. The painters are professional, experienced, communicative, accommodating, and very easy to have in the house. The office staff is equally professional, responsive, and helpful. Nancy does a great job in evaluating and estimating the paint job. She is an expert in knowing the proper paints for the specific job and a pleasure to work with. Cylina always comes to check on the progress of the work. I give Sisu the highest recommendation.

They did a wonderful job. Our house has a lot of detail and the crew of Robert, Luis, Martin B., Ash, Martin R., Alex and Juan where on time every morning ready to work. The crew leader Jason and project manager Alyssa were very good at keeping us up to date on the schedule of our project and its progress. The project was done and communicated they way I would hope a project would be accomplished. (a rarity these days) I really do appreciate Sisu’s professionalism and attention to detail.

SISU painted the exterior of our house in early October, and the project went very well. I was late in the painting season contacting painting companies due to the need to first have our roof replaced and the uncertainty of when that would be done. After researching companies, I came up with a list of four to contact. All of the other companies told me that I was too late, they were booked for the season, and to contact them next year. But not SISU! Yes, SISU was also booked but offered to come out and provide an estimate. After looking at the project and providing an estimate, Nancy informed me that they would try to fit it in if the weather cooperated. With luck, there was a window of good weather and it worked out perfectly. The SISU crew (Frank, Juan, Lisa, RJ, and Ashleigh) were great to work with and did really nice job. I highly recommend SISU Painting!
