Description of Work: They were here at the time they said they would be, the work was done efficiently, no over charges even though they ended up renailing the plywood, clean-up was great. Interactions were professional and friendly. |Very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Our home's entire roof was torn off and replaced. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. The estimate closely matched the final cost. The leader of the work crew was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us informed of a couple of necessary changes along the way. Although higher priced, I chose them as they are a solid company and are invested in the local community. Only 2 complaints: 1) We still found many missed nails on the ground after their otherwise very thorough clean up. 2) There are several people in the main office and so communication channels and information got crossed up a couple of times.

Thank you for choosing us as your contractor of choice. We appreciate the feedback and always take is very seriously when something is noting meeting our clients expectations. I have asked our production manager to get in contact with you to schedule a repair technician to come by and re-run a magnet around the property to ensure all nails are picked up. As part of our normal procedure this is done every day at the end of the work shift and job. Unfortunately, it sounds like we missed some details. We will do our best to rectify this situation.
