Description of Work: Cleaned 5 rooms of carpet. Jeanette was punctual and professional. The quote she provided was exactly what was charged. The carpet was less than a year old and came out very well except one room that had a different carpet than the rest of the house. They tried everything they could to clean it, but it just didn't clean well. As it turned out the finish on that carpet was defective, and was replaced by the manufacturer. Jeanette provided documentation that was needed to get it replaced under warranty. Great service and highly recommended!

Description of Work: The performed both Carpet Cleaning and Window Cleaning services. They are professional, responsible, thorough and on-time. We have a large house with difficult to reach windows and this posed little or no problem for them. They managed to clean windows that have never before been cleaned. They also worked several hours on a very difficult-to-clean carpet and when finished it was better than new. I would happily recommend them anytime.
