Water Boy's Plumbing

I researched Angie's List and chose to use Water Boy's Plumbing based on the review ratings and customer service. I call Chad Thursday morning at 7:30 AM and left a voice mail. He returned my call at about 9:00 AM. I told him about our toilet leak and that I would like to have it repaired as soon as possible. He stated that he was in Chickasaw on another job and that he might be able to come by that afternoon. Otherwise, he could schedule us for Friday morning. I told him that we had a couple of plumbing problems we wanted him to assess as well. He called back at 1:15 PM and said that he would arrive at 2:00 PM. He actually arrived at about 1:45 PM. I had already turned off the water valve, drained the toilet reservoir, and disassembed the flushing mechanism. Once he saw it he knew what the problem was. He explained that the reservoir had to be removed in order to remove/replace the worn out valve. He already had the necessary parts in addition to using one of the replacements parts that I purchased. He ensured that everything was sealed tight and tested it a few times to verify. He explained what the problem was concerning the noise within our plumbing lines and is currently searching for parts to repair them. He also helped me resolve the issue with our outdoor water faucet. His advice enabled me to find the right part for the leak at the anti-siphon valve. I repaired this leak yesterday. He took the time to answer other questions about our plumbing, also. We are in the process of remodeling all of our bathrooms and will hire Chad again to handle the plumbing and fixtures.

He came earlier than he had thought and was very good at explaining what our problems were and helping us get them solved. Very freindly.

The plumber responded within about three days. He replaced the water heater but the inspector said one of the lines he put in was incorrect. He changed it quickly and had it reinspected.

I spent $115 on that service. It turned out good. They were punctual, I thought that the price was good and they did quality work.

The whole process was great. Chad worked us into his schedule the same day we called. He came out in the afternoon, installed our filter and softener, made sure everything was watertight and was done in less than 3 hours. The workmanship was great and everything went better than expected.

He found and corrected the problem quickly, said there was no need for further repair or replacement, and only charged me 2/3 of the base fee. This is the second time I have used him and have been very pleased both times.

Contacted three plumbers through Angie's List. Two responded, both gave a rough estimate over the phone. Water Boy's offered to come out and examine the actual drain/damage and give a more comprehensive estimate. Arrived promptly as scheduled, gave complete, thorough information about what would need to be done, and proceeded to complete the job. This job was in a manufactured home, and there was no problem with doing work on it. Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. Will definitely call for any further plumbing needs.

Chad came out, took a look, diagnosed the problem (which turned out to be dead on correct) and proceeded to give us an estimate well below other well regarded plumbing/tile companies. We chose to put tile back in due to the relatively small difference in price for the overall job. Chad had a subcontractor do the tiling and handled the plumbing, framing, etc himself. The shower turned out far better than we had hoped. He worked with us on timing (it was a multi-day job) and was helpful in other areas outside of his primary contracted project. Bottom line the shower is fantastic and I highly recommend Waterboy's for your plumbing needs.

His name was Chad and he was quite good. I've used him on 3 separate occasions. One was for a consultation, one I spent $85 and the other was $115. I'm on a fixed income so anything is high to me; however he charged what he said he was going to. He is very, very careful about cleaning up after himself. He was very punctual and very professional. He explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He did the best he could to try and keep the prices down as low for me. I am definitely planning to use him anytime I need him.

I have left several reports on them on the list. They do all my plumbing for personal residence as well as my rental property. I continue using them because they are fantastic. They are on time, cost effective and good. They also fix things right the first time. I spent about $900 the last time I used them.

I liked him. I have always felt good about how he charged. Overall, the job went great. He did not have to do anything. A lot of other companies would have done things that were not needed. He was very honest. He has always been neat. I would definitely use his services again in the future and would recommend him to the other people.

The biggest problem was being fitted into his busy schedule. He came and did the assetment of the work in a very professional manner. He then did it and cleaned his mess. We were very pleased with the service. We have recommended him to others.

They showed up but never got a quote from them

Chad's first visit was to fix gas leak, but could not be found. After discussing what I would like to see done and his recommendations, we scheduled for the following a week. the leak was not enough to be concerned about. Chad always called and let me know he was on his way. I met him at the house. Chad removed some old dead gas lines, capped another, then replaced the one I needed fixed - all part of what we agreed to; lastly, he replaced some water lines for the hot water heater that previous home owners had installed incorrectly. The whole thing took just over two hours. I will definitely hire Chad again. Great experience.

They are very dependable and professional.

He is wonderful. He came on time..He did what he said he would do and did not leave any mess. The price to fix the bathroom sink was $50 and for the outside porches was $80. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why it was costing money. My water heater was not replaced in almost seventeen years, and was not up to code. He changed the piping and explained everything as he was doing it; at the same time also looked after himself. The price was higher than what I was expecting. But it was not higher than what he pulled in, because he explained things and why it was high. It was not his fault, it's just that the house was old and the piping was old. His service is excellent. I did not have any problem with anything he has put in since then. He came on time. I was learning while he was plumbing. I?m planning to use him to redo the bathroom.

We called him late at night because we were having a leak coming from underneath our foundation, saturating our rug. We were going on vacation the next day and needed this problem fixed right away. He rearranged his work schedule to accomodate us. He came over early the next day and analyzed the problem accurately. He knew exactly how to fix it which meant jackhammering through our cement foundation. He kept the hole as small as necessary. He cut off the leaking part of the pipe and repaired it. He knew exactly what to do and he did it without wasting time. He was honest, forthright, and very knowledgeable. Even though it was a little expensive I feel it was well worth it because the damage, if unfixed, would have been a lot worse. Since then we have called him a couple of times over the phone to ask his opinion about plumbing matters. He always gives us his time and expertise. I feel I have found a skillful, honest plumber who charges reasonable fees.

Chad is great....he explained and told me what to do if it happens again and he fixed my leaking toilet by putting in a new 'flap'. Chad is always more than fair in his fees and he is always professional. This is the second time I have used him and I will call him again for plumbing problems.
