Dropped it off after hours on a Monday with key and note explaining the situation (I had called previously so he knew it was coming). Tuesday afternoon he called and said he was done. I tried out the heater on the way home, and my car was warm during colder weather for the first time in a year. I have used Richard for service work before and he has always got it fixed right the first time, very reliable. I would use his services again if the need arises.

Great. He could have charged me several times what he did. Another provider wanted to change out the entire instrument cluster. I used Longview for over 2 years on multiple occasions. I was consistently treated fairly and the repairs always worked and frequently were done for less than quoted.

Richard is very knowledgeable and professional. On multiple visits for my personal vehicle and company vehicles, he has always given me excellent service and stood behind his work. He had multiple oportunities to legitimately charge extra for his work and refused. He is to my family for automobiles what our family doctor is to us for medical issues.
