This project went great! We searched for other companies to do this and found that they were very reasonably priced. They charged $250.00 retainer and then we purchased hours after that. We felt in control of how much we were spending. We gave them the information we had, and they fleshed out a beautiful family history for us with pictures, documents and stories about what their life would have been like during the time they lived. They both came over during the " Famine Years" but my family is from the northern part of Ireland and my wife from the south. We had very different experiences. The narratives were written like a history lesson but in an entertaining fashion. We enjoy our book very much. We plan to hire them again to search for a lost German ancestor.
