Nice gentleman, courteous and thoughtful (wore "booties" without being asked). He does electrical and plumbing work at a reasonable rate. Will have him back for additional work in the spring. Highly recommended.

He did a very good job. I have used him on several occasions, and I am always happy with the work that is fine. He may be a little bit expensive, but other than that everything is fine.

John called the morning of the day he was to be there and explained that he would be late to let the ice melt off the roof. He was on time as adjusted and worked about all day on the project. The special cutting and fitting of the trim took considerable time. In addition all the work was up on the second story and could only be reached by climbing two ladders. I was impressed by his craftsmanship.

I asked for two estimates, one to fix the immediate problem around the tub, and a second estimate for a bathroom remodel. In the contract it said that the homeowner would be responsible for fixing any problems that are behind the existing tile, to find someone to do the plumbing work, and to provide all materials. I feel like if I have to provide all this extra work and such that I would be better off going to a major hardware store and having them do everything for me. It took over a month to get a written estimate from them.

We have used John before, and as usual he was a pleasure to work with. The shower door was installed in one morning and is great. He and his subcontractor, Tom, tore out the old bedroom carpeting and laid the new carpeting in one day. The bathroom floor took a couple of days. The work is beautiful and we're very happy.

We chose this company because of his availability and of the low cost. He was willing to do a small job. The work was even and looks nice. He had a good personality.

I thought that they did a very good job. The price was fair to me, because there is not a lot of people that will just replace woodwork. Most places want to replace the whole window so he is one of a kind. They did everything correctly too.

HE KNEW WHAT I WANTED, BUT HE CAME OUT ANYWAYS. HE SAID HE DOES NOT DO EXTERIOR WORK AND GAVE ME A REFERRAL TO SOMEONE THAT COULD ASSIST ME WITH THIS. HE KNEW WHAT I WANTED WHEN HE CAME OUT AND HE WASTED MY TIME.

He does all kinds of work. He is very reliable, trustworthy and clean. He is honest in his appraisals of the work. He would let me know if he wasn't able to do a job.

John Bronner performed the work on time and on budget, but what really impressed me was that 4 weeks later we noticed a very small leak under one of the newly installed drains. We called John, he came right over and diagnosed the problem as a faulty washer on the new faucet. He stopped the leak and came by the next day with a new washer which permanently fixed the problem. He only asked to be reimbursed for the $2 he spent at a hardware store picking up the new washer. I was extremely impressed by his helpful, timely response and true professionalism. I have given his card to my neighbors and he has a client for life now.

He went over and above my expectations. I would recommend him 100%.

It went excellent. I called him and he quickly responded. He was there in a few days to do the work. He was done within an hour. He looked professional. I was very happy with him.

Contacted John for an estimate and came right out. We decided that he was the right man for the job. He suggested repair of the drywall rather than total replacement to save money. Stayed in contact whenever he was en route, so I would know when to expect him. He did a nice job and would hire him again.

John was faithful to do everything he said he would (i.e. returning calls, coming for estimate, doing the remodel in time and budget he quoted). We did have to wait 2 weeks for him to come to do an estimate, but it was worth it. The quality of the work was great.

John responded quickly to our phone call. He set up an appointment to see what the job entailed and had an estimate for us in a very timely manner. Not only was John very friendly and professional, his quote was the lowest we received. We scheduled his work for the following week. He and his son came out on the first day to do the preliminary work and John followed up on the next day to finish the job on time just as promised.

Great. John Bronner came to try to repair it at first but the available seals (locally and online) did not fit my old threshold. Although he spent time working on it he didn't charge me even for the trip because "I didn't fix the problem". I appreciate his work ethic and honesty. At my request, he estimated the cost of a replacement, and did the work. I am pleased with the results, including the clean up of sawdust etc.

The service was good. I was satisfied all the times they were here.

He estimated me $100 for diagnosing the work. He used a knife to cut a square of the drywall out. He charged me for two hours of work when it was only 20 minutes. There was a HVAC pipe behind the wall causing condensation on the wall. He seemed too freaked out because it might have been mold work. He spent 20 minutes max for the work and his charge is $50 an hour. He requested items removed from the bathroom before he could start caulking the shower. He became upset because I left a shower bar in the bath tub. I requested that when he stripped the old caulk to clean the area with Tilex before re-caulking. He did not use the Tilex stating that it did not need it but I wanted it done that way. He used the Tilex and the caulking job came out great. Be careful with his pricing and make sure it matches the estimate for the amount of time he actually uses.

I was extremely pleased with the services of this contractor. I would certainly use him again. Taking into consideration the time element due to his working alone. Also, he was recommended by several other contractors who, due to scheduling, could not commit to the job. It took several months to do the job since the contractor works alone and this was his "heavy season. This is a "one-man" company. Therefore, it will most likely will a delay of considerable time between contract and completion of the job.

I can't say enough about John. He gives options over the phone. He was wonderful and does great work and the prices are very reasonable.

No matter the job, John always does excellent work. If he doesn't think a particular job is appropriate for him, he will recommend someone he knows who does that sort of task.
