My kids had previous experience learning piano with other teachers prior to coming to Encore which they found it “boring.” I would say, after a few weeks of lessons with Brad, they’ve learned so much and they don’t stop playing everyday. Brad is also flexible for teaching my kids simultaneously who are 8 & 10 to save us time. This method works great for both of them as my kids love to compete with each other. They now love playing piano and really look forward to their piano lessons every time.

I am in my first year of teaching at Encore and have had a great experience thus far. I have the ability to personalize teaching materials to best suite each individual student. The studio is affordable for students and provides a great atmosphere for learning.

It’s been so wonderful to be apart of Encore. I worked with Mary and she was such a delight. They were able to get me to face my fears and preform in front of a crowd. I will never forget that experience!

My son was reluctant to take lessons, but once he decided to try, he has been doing very well. Price is for(4) 45 minute lessons a month.

Both Brad and his teachers, specifucally Abby, are extremely talented and exhibit important characteristics when teaching and working with children. These include: patience, skill, encouragement, challenging, supportive and reinforcing. I am thankful we found Encore Music studios, it is a wonderful family of students and teachers.

As an adult who wanted to learn how to play the violin, I was nervous to get started since mostly children take music lessons. Rachael(my instructor) and Brad (the director) were very welcoming. Rachael helped me learn at an appropriate pace and never got frustrated. She always had lesson plans ready and was able to make adjustments on the fly. Rachael is a very talented violinist and instructor. She has played and studied since a young age and is very knowledgeable and patient with her teaching methods. I would highly recommend Encore studios.

Have had a very positive experience with this music studio. I started guitar lessons last fall with Ian Harrah. I am a complete novice - could not be further from being "a natural" - and Ian has been so patient. The owner, Brad, has also been very easy to work with when scheduling my first visit and setting up payments, and he even called just to see how lessons were going. Definitely recommended!

Kids enjoy working with him and progress has been very good.

Brad Allen has been our daughters piano teacher or four years and her voice teacher for two years. He is a professional and highly skilled musician, vocalist and teacher. He encourages her to challenge herself to become a better musician and vocalist. Her piano and voice performance skills are continuously improving as a result. She thoroughly enjoys her time at Encore and looks forward to every lesson and recital. The entire staff at Encore is wonderful to the students and is always supportive and proud of each of them. Encore provides quality recital opportunities that give the student an appropriate venue to successfully showcase their musical progress. We can highly recommend Encore Studios.

My daughter is just beginning her third year of taking piano lessons with Brad at Encore Studios, which has been great. We switched to Encore after working with a private individual for a year. The private teacher experience was fine, but she moved away, thus forcing us to find a new teacher. We wanted to find stability for maintaining a consistent experience for years to come. The professional studio Encore has been perfect for providing that experience. We found the monthly rate to be a little higher than the private teacher was, but the consistency was worth the modest increase. My daughter has provided nothing but positive feedback regarding her experience with her teacher Brad. You can tell that he is very patient and comfortable working with children. I was terrified of my piano teacher as a child, which really prevented me from ever loving it. Thankfully, my daughter's experience with Brad is not like that. She enjoys her lessons and always seems to be in a good mood when finished. Brad does a good job of understanding her capabilities and progresses accordingly. As a result, my daughter never gets frustrated or discouraged, which is important for a 10 year old. Another fantastic aspect of working with Brad at Encore is his flexibility. My daughter is involved in other activities which change her availability times for piano lessons. Brad is very understanding, and goes above and beyond to try and accommodate our changing schedules throughout the year. We've always been able to find a day and time that works for both of us. This is really important for a busy family such as ours. I'm looking forward to my other daughter beginning piano lessons at Encore in the next couple years once she is old enough.
