The experience was fantastic. Received my key and it worked perfectly.
Description of Work
Couldn't find the key to the cam lock on my juke box. All of the other locksmiths I talked to said there was no way to make a key and they would have to drill it out. Gave Universal the number off of the lock and they mailed the key to me. Worked perfectly.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work that was done. The price was reasonable. We would call them back if needed. Without reservation we would not hesitate to recommend Universal Lock & Key.
Description of Work
Universal Lock & Key re-keyed and master-keyed our whole house, and replaced front and back door dead bolts. The work was excellent. Glenn Kraniske, owner and service provider, was punctual, professional, and the price was more than reasonable compared to other companies we researched. What I liked the most was that he was able to bring his van "office" right to our door. He has the capability of cutting keys, and doing any and all work from his van, on-site. We appreciated his integrity as he did not exceed his initial estimate.
