Ed and his crew did a great job. They installed an additional sump pump and pipe. They thoroughly explained everything, did the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up. I plan to call them again for any other plumbing jobs we have.

I have a slow drain. Copperlite arrived an hour late. They were not able to clear the drain so they just built a bigger extended pipe to hold more water for the slow drain. He made my flooding issue better, but did not solve the problem, He also tried to make repairs to my water heater, and now it leaks onto my floor. For $490 he did not solve my problem and created a new one. This is double what other plumbers have charged me in the past. Also, I had to show his assistant how to work channel locks.

They were prompt and friendly. They replaced a very old utility tub and pipes. Ed explained everything to me as they went along and they left the area completely cleaned up before they left. I am happy with the job and I think the price was fair. I would recommend this company.

didn't have him do the work but was very helpful in giving me instructions on Medina city codes for a electric water heater... I would hire this person if there was a need to have him do plumbing work for me or would recommend him to a friend....

Ed and his apprentice arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. He replaced a washing machine hot/cold valve and the pipes as well. The price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend him to everyone. A job well done.

Showed up on time! Didn't rush on anything and made sure the heater was plumb. Removed all trash/disposed of old water heater, cleaned up any debris carried in between van and installation location. Even replaced the existing PVC with copper and bracketed some of the pipes the original builder neglected to put in. Price was what he said it would be. Very personable and walked me through what he did. Recommends a quality level water heater vs. a cheap DIY store brand.

It is worth the money to have the job done right and was affordable. Also the advise given to me from plumber helped to prepare for future possibilities. BOTH the work and advise was true craftsmanship at its best. I recommend Copperlite for the job to be done right.

Ed showed up promptly to help me with what could have been a big problem if I did not get my sump pump replaced. I appreciated him showing up so quickly and he took care of everything that needed to be done. I have already gave his name for a referral to a friend and will use his company in the future should I need too.

I hired Copperlite Plumbing to do a few odd plumbing jobs including unclogging a drain, re-gluing some pipes, and putting in a new shower drain. I didn't expect the work to take as long as it did, as they spent most of the day at my house (7 hours). They were thorough and the result was high quality. The bill was a bit shocking at first, but I realized after the fact that I had gotten a really good rate; I just wasn't quite prepared at the time to shell out that much. It would have been nice to get an estimate for both the duration and cost of the projects before they got too far into it.

They showed up when they said they would and did a good job at a reasonable price.
