There were quite a few issues along the way. Bottom line, their communication should have been better. I had to complain to achieve a desirable outcome and get the job over the finish line. At the end of the day, they provided quality work and they corrected all of the issues I had. I didn't love that the sales person quoted a flat rate and wouldnt include a price breakdown. I feel like I overpaid for what was done, but my foundation and crawl are cleaned up and sealed, and I know it was done right.

The salesman was very pushy and did not tell me about the yearly fee for the 100% transferable warranty. The cost for the project is way over what I later found out that others wilh bigger projects have paid. I feel that I allowed them to believe in their trustworthiness without fully vetting them. Beware!

After having a complete system installed over 10 years ago. I had an Issue with water coming in thru a basement window. Thinking I was going to have a confrontation getting it fixed I was pleasantly surprised when Tim said they would replace my outside window well. Tony and Corey had job completed in less than a day. Tim and crew are top notch.
