Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Excellent!!! I couldn't believe how efficient they were and how wonderful the windows look. It really makes a difference. They were friendly and very professional.

First of all, I love the professionalism of this company. They have great communication with their customers. Emails letting you know how long it's been since the last cleaning. (But not too many to want to unsubscribe.) They call letting you know they are on the way. They wear uniforms. They assess the work with you so you know what to expect. (For instance, I had VERY stained carpet that I had not cared for properly... and they were honest to say they could lighten it... but not to expect it to be completely gone. RESULT... it was MUCH BETTER than I ever expected! We have indoor cats... but one is very curious about the outdoors. When I mentioned that ( because they leave the door opened a crack to accommodate the hose) the one tech went to the truck and came back with a fabric contraption that hung from my door, blocking the opening. No escaped cat! The team of two were prompt, thorough and efficient. It was an investment well spent!

Excellent results. The company explained the process, walked through with homeowner and were efficient and professional. Also they made several telephone calls the day of the cleaning to update the customer as to the ETA to the home.

Great service and cleaned carpets well. Personnel were professional, and they follow up to ensure satisfied. Cost was a little more than other providers, though they did a great job and it was reasonable.

Wonderfully professional young men and polite while being so helpful noticing everything that needed to be handled. They took extra care and time to make sure everything was dried.

Excellent job. We then used grout paint to refresh our 25 year old grout. Floor looks like new. They provide great suggestions on the future care of the tiles and grout.

They did an excellent job. The two techs that came actually went over everything they were doing. They told you what they were going to do before hand. I had stuff set up for them before hand, they didn't have to deal hardly with any furniture and that's what I like to do any ways. They gave me any extra block that needed to keep the furniture off the wet carpet. They were real helpful, they used those little footy things that they put under feet so they don't bring any dirt in. They worked their way out of the house so that when they are done, they don't have to come back in the bedroom.

I purchased this service with a promotional price. I have only eight windows in my condo. I have not used them since then 2011 because their minimum price is more than I am willing to pay for these few windows. However, I would recommend them for anyone who has more windows than I do.

Technicare does a fabulous job. They have exceptional customer service.

The administrative staff was extremely professional by explaining what to expect and working with us to identify a workable schedule. The technicians called an hour in advance of their arrival, which was much appreciated. They were hardworking and attentive in their work and respectful of our hardwood floors when going in and out. We try to use small business whenever possible, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results.

They had minimal moisture. They blocked all of my furniture up on styrofoam blocks to protect from moisture. The carpet looked so good that even my husband thought we didn't need to replace the carpet. I really appreciated the care that they put forward in cleaning our carpet and handling our furniture. They also didn't have to bring in big tubs of water; they used hoses linked up to their truck so they didn't use any of my water at all.

The cleaners were very professional. They offered carpet cleaning advice and did an efficient job pleasantly!

They were great as usual. I've been a faithful customer for many years. During this job, I used my $100 off coupon which I earned by using their services 4 times. The 5th service must be used in January or February to receive the $100 off.. They were very understanding when I needed to reschedule 2x due to family illness and icy driveway which made it unsafe for them. I highly recommend Technicare for all the household services they provide.

I live in a high rise so they had to bring a portable unit since they couldn't use their truck.. Everything went smoothly. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I will call them again for certain.

It turned out fine. They come out at about every 6 - 9 months. I've had them out several times since then. Obviously, they do a good job. They're always on time. They always do a quality job.
