The Technicare team was very professional yet friendly. They arrived promptly and did their job efficiently and effectively. They first inspected the work to be accomplished, asked if I needed to point out any problem areas, and then got to work. The Technicare team arrived during the scheduled time window, calling first to let me know they were close to my home. The team was well-dressed and polite, and listened to my concerns about the grunginess & spots on the carpet in my family room. They put corner guards on all corners and did a great job of cleaning my carpet. They were able to remove some stains I had tried (unsuccessfully) to remove myself. Before leaving they wiped down the vinyl/hardwood floors next to the areas they'd cleaned so there was no water/overspray. Technicare is a little more expensive than some of the other carpet cleaning companies but they do a far better job than any others that I've tried. They offer specials by email and a good discount after five visits. If you want your carpet to be really, really clean, dry fast, and stay clean, these are the guys to go with.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. The guys who came to do the work were professional, fast, and did a great job! No mess was left behind and they explained the process to me in detail before starting. The best part was I had an Angie's List deal that I had worked out with the person on the phone ahead of time. When they billed me upon completion it was about $150-$200 more. I paid it because I assumed there were taxes or fees and didn't want to argue with the guys who came to the house. But a day or so later they called to apologize for the mistake! They voided my check and sent a new invoice for the Angie's list price! Talk about honest people at a great company! I will definitely use them again for future services!

Provider emailed the names of the staff scheduled to do the job the morning they were scheduled Provider called 15 minutes before arriving to give an approximate arrival time Providers introduced themselves upon arrival Providers covered shoes while inside Provider double checked and confirmed the job duties we were expecting All windows were washed inside and out Providers explained the invoice Provider gave us a tag to put on our water main shut off valve to identify thef valve in the case of a water emergency.. Provider sent a thank you note the day after the work that included an evaluation of he work and the staff.

Always an exception job by Ray and Mike. Grout gets especially dirty and looks like new. They point out loose grout and tile cracks as well. Cover all corners of furniture that cannot be moved and are very careful.

Jym, Amber & Mark arrived as scheduled. They were very professional and polite. The windows and coach lights looked great. We will continue to hire Technicare in the future.

I always pleased with them. They moved the furniture and put it back. It was good. I didn’t have any complaint. The carpet looked very nice when they were done cleaning.

I got them from Angie’s List. They were good. What stood out the most about them was they did what they probably would do. They were on time. They called ahead before they came. It was everything I expected and there were no surprises. They did a very good job.

This work was set-up earlier as part of our on-going annual rain gutter cleaning that Technicare does for us. The price was very fair. (They even removed a large dead wasp nest way up on the second story near the rain gutters, and numerous sticks in two second story window wells at no extra cost.) This is an outstanding company-great work, honest, and they really know what they are doing. This gutter cleaning job was extremely important as we have had heavy snow and rain storms since.
