Called Mary at Lake County Door at about 8:30 a.m. on a Monday morning. She had Matt the Technician contact me when he was on the way to repair issue (garage door didn’t close properly). Matt showed up on time, repaired issue, oiled the wheels on my garage door, changed a lightbulb in the garage door overhead opener and reset my keypad. Worth EVERY PENNY for same day, on time, courteous service. Was not expecting that the maintenance issues (oil, light bulb and keypad) would be taken care of as well- without my asking! Thank You Lake County Door and Matt! Will be stopping in in the future to look at new garage doors! Great experience AND reasonably priced!!

Went great. Was right on time. Very courteous, didnt mind me watching. Was a very pleasant experience compared to a different company I used last year at a different location. What a nightmare that was. He gave me recommendations on which door openers were better than others available. Was a younger gentlman. You dont see this kind of courtesy and knowledge with much of todays youth. I would highly recommend.

It went great. TJ showed up on time and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. He even went the extra mile of greasing the bearings, which made the door much quieter during operation. The whole process went very smoothly and was handled in a professional manor, I could not ask for more. Well done.

My garage door is quite old so it was a little challenging but the technician continued working at it until problem was solved. He also programmed my car to work the garage door which is great! I am very pleased with the service I received.

Matthew installed a new garage door opener and programmed the keyless entry and our van in about an hour. As we requested, he came early in the morning so we could have the work done around our work schedule. He was very helpful and everything went smoothly. He answered all of our questions. Our new opener runs much more quietly.

It went so smoothly! I called and they were able to fit us in later that afternoon. Mike called on his way over. Diagnosed it was a broken spring and recommended that I replace both since they were likely the same age. I also mentioned problems with my garage door opener that we had disconnected. After replacing the springs, he fiddled with the unit, adjusted the laser and other elements. He then helped change the batteries, lights and reprogrammed the entry keypad. Mike was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

They worked on my garage door they did a good job. It was just one person that came out to do the work. They were fine. They let me know they cleaned up. They did a great job.

The technician, Matt, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced a wall controller, tightened up the spring, tuned up the track, installed a wireless keypad and programmed my car so I could open the garage door from my car. AWESOME!! AAA+++

Matthew called within the time window and advised he would be at my home in a half hour. He immediately know what the problem was and quoted the price. He completed the job and left my garage very neat. Sine I had just purchased a new car am a recent widow he contacted my garage door to the "Home Link" and I can now open and close the door from my car. This courtesy was very much appreciated.

Service provider was professional.  Did a great job and was very quick.  Was afraid that we'd have to purchase a whole new garage door opener.  Instead, the service man explained the problem and said that it could be repaired.  He was prepared, very knowledgable and was not only able to fix the issue, but also serviced the existing door and chain.

Fellows showed up even though I forgot – love that! Hate those be home between 1-4 just come & do it,fixed the problem – nothing more friendly, good advice.

It went better than I expected! The door broke on the morning of July 31 (a Sunday). I called at 8am August 1 and the two-man crew arrived 1:05pm that day (they offered to come in the morning but we had an appointment). The repairs were completed by 1:40pm and the door now functions better than in a couple years (the problems must have been slowly growing worse). Both guys were very amiable, and, though I did not hang over their shoulders, efficient and knowledgeable.

We have used Lake Co. Door before. Always prompt & courteous. Prices are reasonable and company reps are very professional.
