They were here right on time and went straight to work. Pull the well pump and found the problem right away. Repaired the issue and return the pump in the well. They worked fast and I had water again within an hour of them arriving. Steve knows what he is doing when it comes to wells. I will call them again if I have any issues with my well. Thank Guys.

Responding very quickly to my 82 yr. old Mothers house who had no water for over 24 hours. Temporary fix until part can be obtained.

When my well pump stopped working, Bapst sent Steve to my home within 2 hours. Once the problem was diagnosed, a new pump was installed, and I had fresh water again, within half a day. Although expensive, the service was expedient and excellent.

Our project shifted from a well pump project to a new well being drilled once the problems were determined. The entire Bapst team was good to work with from the initial visit, the well permit, to the drilling day, and then the pump and well line installation. They kept us informed throughout the process regarding what was going to happen. This was a busy time for them so the end to end time was a bit longer than we hoped . All things considered we were happy with our choice and would recommend them to others.

We asked for system to be checked and the went ahead and installed the part and asked us to pay for it with out authorization it had to be installed anyway so we had to leave our job to meet the installer and pay for it at the home we where in the process to buy we where actually making this as a point of if we where going to buy the home but we have a contract on it thanks

Good honest advice given regarding the possibility of opening my old well.

Arrived on time. Tech very experienced, troubled shoot the problem before making telling me the pump needed to be replaced. It was decision to replace the pump. Customer service the main objective. Tech explained the procedure while completing the repairs.

Could not get anyone to call me back after the job was done. Service man was very professional and was very quick at his work. But the person who claimed to be the owner would not call me back to change an appointment that was made for Monday, service was done on Saturday and the service person showed up on Monday and had no idea of my phone call.

Had to wait from Friday until Monday to have work done because they did not have access to a "backhoe". Other than being inconvenienced with no water for 2 days, I would use them again.

The repairman was here when he said he would be here; that was very important to me.

They got the job done and things are definitely way better than they ever have been. We had an undersized pump and they installed a properly sized one. Everyone I talked to was nice but communication could have been slightly better so I took off half a star. The price was very close to what I expected. I was happy with them and I would recommend them.

Fast on time and much cheaper than other quotes we received. I would call them back if we ever need a well repair.
