Tested well pump and pressure tank; made some adjustments; and improved the system without replacing any equipment, saving me a lot of money. Can’t do better than that!

They were very responsive. Came out the same day and were very helpful. Would use again if necessary.

Need to work on customer service skill communication. When spending a large amount of money, would like to feel like you're not getting scammed.

Great experience. Called me back right away. Setup an appointment for the next day. Two man crew diagnosed that the pump check valve was stuck, so they pulled the well pump out, installed a new check valve, flushed the well and put it all back together in about 45 minutes. All of this for only $135!! Great company.

thay called me and said thay would be there in less than 1 hour. very efficient.had it fixed and had my water back on in less than 2 hours. would use them any time i need help.

Install techs were on time and very professional. The price shocked me since I researched pumps and know what they cost. The receipt could have been more descriptive for example the make and model number should have been on it.

Took care of my issue over a Holliday weekend

he was very friendly did not try to sell us anything we didnt need very professional fixed what we needed and did a very nice job very reasonable

Our water went out on the weekend, yet they were still available to come out and check on it. We had two options for repair, one was quicker than the other and they gave good explanation of the options and why we may choose one over the other. Repair was done quickly and when expected.

Knowing that we had no water, they showed up the morning after we called. My wife was totally comfortable with the installer and our new well pump was installed by lunch time.

Bapst, Inc. apologized for the local plumbers and stepped up to the job in spite of the fact that I am "victimized" by American Home Shield! Bapst, Inc. showed up on time, putting other jobs on hold, and had my well pump working within 3 hours. They required me to pay the full bill, 1,700+, and "try to get my $1,500 maximum outta AHS. A.H.S. found a plumbing co. 90 miles from me. That company called a day later and informed me that they are sorry, they don't service that distance. Go Figure! Nine days now and no $1,500 Max coverage from A.H.S. !!

Very good service. They ended up coming out a day earlier because they had a cancelation. They got right to work and fixed my water leak at my well.

came out the day that I talked to them and replaced the pump. The cost was pretty close to what I was expecting. I could have found it cheaper, but could not have received the level of service from any other company. I high recommend them.
