The service tech had the well pump issue identified within minutes and was able to complete the repair in just over an hour - much faster than I had expected. I highly recommend Bapst for well service and repairs..

My project was no water. They needed to replace wires from pump in well to pressure tank in crawl space under my house, which required them to dig about a foot deep and about six feet from well to house. They came out and completed this task same day I called, However, after they left I noticed a pounding sound when I flushed my toilet, so two days later the same gentleman had to come again to replace the pressure tank. They again had to do some digging to get the tank under my house were able to complete same day Both jobs were completed in a two or three hour time frame and reasonably priced. I had been without water for five days before their first visit because I did not know who to call an electrician, a plumber or a well tech.

They were quick to arrive. Very polite. Checked everything over and did not try to push something on is we did not need. We have an old metal pressure tank that is not going to last much longer and when it goes we will be calling them to do the work.

On time, very knowledgeable,very helpful and honest. Had us back up and running in no time what so ever. Only charged for service call.

My water well stopped working 11:00pm. A few minutes later I sent an email to Bapst, Inc and their representative called me 7:36am the following morning to inform that their repairman would arrive around noon the same day. The repairman arrived on time and quickly found and fixed the problem. Great response, great service and honest people can't beat that! Thanks Eddie!

They did a good job and fast.

Hired Bapst because our pump stopped working. They were quick to respond. The professional was very pleasant and went straight to work. We thought it was the pump, it turned out to be just the tank switch. It had gone out in a storm and it just needed reset. We knew nothing about it. The man showed us how to reset it if it should ever happen again. He also explained everything to us so we could understand and if we need any other well service Bapst is who we will call.
