Excellent job - did what was asked in a timely manner and pleasantly. Was very thorough. Couldn't have asked for more!!! Reasonably priced - would highly recommend!

Gregg is both professional and very sensitive to the individual needs of his clients. He is very honest in his assessment of how his services can best serve his client but also provides options, allowing the client to determine which would be the most cost effective. Additionally, he will tell a client directly if his services are not the best alternative for meeting one or more of a clent's needs. One quickly learns that Gregg genuinely cares about his client and in resolving the situation concerning the client. He is an excellent listener and thoughtfully considers both what his client says and how she feels about various aspect of the investigation. In brief, Gregg works closely and most effectively with his client. I highly recommend him both professionally and personally.

It went well. Henry (Greg lead investigator) was able to track them down. He and Greg were very professional and the cost was very reasonable. The cost was definitely less than the amount of time they put into the complete investigation. I would definitely use GAW again and recommend them highly.

Greg and his Associate Henry are two of the most dedicated and professional investigators I was blessed to come in contact with. They took on the case with the care and concern as if it was one of their own family members. They both informed me promptly of every new finding regarding my family member and stuck precisely to the timeline outlined in my initial contact with them. What set them apart was they actually cared. What impressed me most was their level of expertise and access to a wide range of resources and the desire to provide the information I asked for in addition to more that helped me to to determine the true condition of my family member. I had all my answers within 72 hours of when they started. Amazing and the peace of mind I received was such a relief as I had been to Cleveland before and unable to locate him. I received a written report and photo as well. I could not recommend GAW Investigations more highly.

I was immediately impressed with his bearing and extensive law enforcement background. He asked questions we never would have thought of. He had us tell him, clearly, what we wanted him to do. He explained his methods and rates which were more reasonable than we ever would have expected. When he went to work, he was like a bulldog. He got info I never thought he could. He gave us updates on everything he found out as soon as he learned it. I wish there was a higher rating than A. We were completely satisfied with the whole experience. I would recommend Gregg, without reservation, to anyone who needed any type of investigative services.
