The job went wonderfully. Terry and his team did a phenomenal job. I will not hesitate to recommend and will use them again. We had a sagging deck. The deck was not installed properly. I had a few other contractors come out and tell me that I had to replace the deck. Terry came out and told me that the deck was in good shape and that he could fix it. He stood by his word and his team did a great job. I am very particular and picky and they exceeded all of my expectations.

I trust the staff here completely and know that my dogs are in good hands. They're slightly more expensive than other places on the west side, but I can easily justify it due to the great care that my dogs get while they're here as well as the major convenience of being able to pick up at any time during their open hours (1/2 day fee may apply). Clean, friendly, and professional!

We were very satisfied by the care our dog received while she was there for boarding. Debbie updated us daily and sent pictures. I was really nervous leaving our dog for the first time, but Debbie put my mind at ease and I knew our dog was in good hands. When we picked our dog up she was groomed and happy 😀

We have used the Mutt Hutt for our 2 dogs over the years for doggy daycare and boarding. We recently returned for boarding for a long weekend. The facility had a sign up to welcome the dogs back. They love going and get excited every time we say "Mutt Hutt". Would definitely recommend.

Everyone is friendly and sympathetic. Dr. Hankins is very experienced, and my cats act like she’s one of the family! For those concerned about cost, I would love to mention another local hospital where the sticker shock may cause genuine heart damage, but I won’t. You and your wallet are in good hands at Mayfield.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Total K9Tina and total k9 are absolutely amazing! I don’t leave my dog with just anyone- ask my brothers and mom. Everyone there is extremely nice, professional, friendly and you can really tell they all love their jobs. Tina works with my crazy unpredictable schedule every time, even short notice without fail. Gizmo LOVES going to daycare and playing with all his friends. I can’t say “daycare” without him getting excited and running to his leash at the front door. I have sent him for boarding for a long weekend and will again this summer. It was a HUGE piece of mind to know that he was taken care of in a safe friendly and familiar place.
