History - How we began Owner, Conrad, started Premiero Floors in 2018, after returning from serving as a volunteer in the war-torn regions of the Middle East. He drew on his previous years of skills developed as a professional flooring installer working under someone else, to build the solid reputation his company has become known for. Our company today- Today Premiero Floors is known for floors installed with the highest care and quality, while also being the quickest in the business! We are honored to have achieved both top-rated and Elite Service Professional certifications from Home Advisor, and have earned many five-star reviews from highly satisfied clients throughout north-east OH.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Very professional. Responds fast to request. Did a beautiful job on my 12 square ft. solid 3/4 Hickory flooring install. Installed in 2 1/2 days the job was completed. They were very careful not to scratch the flooring during the install. They also made sure I was happy with the pattern. They laid out the pattern before it was nailed down. Hickory is extremely hardwood and not easy to install. Have to have the right tools and sharp blades. We love our flooring install, it is amazing. They made sure we were satisfied with the job. Would recommend them.

We worked with Premiero to have vinyl plank flooring installed in our kitchen and down a set of stairs. We were impressed with the team s professionalism and willingness to answer all our questions. Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
Conrad Schmucker came over and briefly discussed replacing kitchen hardwood floors. He said before I did that I might just try and dry out the floor from underneath with the basement dehumidifier and above with a space heater. There had been very light damage before when I moved in. After a sink overflow, I had quickly sopped up water. I was not quite sure if the floor looked a bit worse than before. Conrad said some moisture could be underneath and in some part of the ceiling in the basement below. If that really got dried out good slight curling of a few boards might be reduced. Also the moisture underneath might cause mold. Using a space heater in kitchen and in basement along with the dehumidifier in the basement set on high, the floor boards look a noticeably better. Though not perfect, they are looking as good as when I moved in a couple months ago. I really appreciate his resourceful suggestion and integrity.

Conrad at Premiero Floors does outstanding work for a reasonable price. He has excellent knowledge and quality craftsmanship regarding hardwood floor installation, and also did a great job with kitchen tile work. Will most certainly use his services on my next house!

They were very attentive to detail, extremely fast, very neat while working. They did a 20X21 great room and a loft all in one day. Removed carpet installed all hardwood flooring ! Very personable and professional. Great JOB!!!
