It took a while for them to come out but when they did the fence itself only took a week from start to finish. I love the fence for the most part, but my smallest dog can fit thought the gate openings and he keeps escaping the yard and running the neighborhood. I have called Jeremy about four times to get the gates readjusted, but have not had any results. The work they did was very good, but I would have thought after spending about $8000.00 they would have been more quick to respond to any problems.

It went well. We were happy to have NEO fence do the job so quickly, since we had such a hard time getting any other companies to come out and even get an estimate, much less to schedule the job. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Jeremy told us it would be about 2 weeks before they could start and I believe it was actually 3, but we were happy with that. The chain link is of a thicker gauge than our neighbor's, and we are very pleased with it. We had the work done in May, and I'm just writing the report now, so you can tell we've been out enjoying the newly fenced yard. Having a free range toddler is so much more fun now.

Overall, the experience was very good and we were very happy with them. They came when the said they would. They were a little bit more expensive but she like the service and it easy great compared to the others.

Excellent! They were prompt, courteous and did a very nice job of installing the fence. They responded to all our questions and concerns and the fence and yard look great!

A top-notch company that is very busy. The work performed was exactly what we expected, it just took 4 weeks to get it done. We were told to expect the wait up front and accepted it as a validation of our decision to go with a company that is highly sought after. The only room for improvement would be on the clean up end of the job, rocks from the cement poured to hold the posts was spread out on our driveway and neighbors lawn. We obtained 5 quotes for the job, they were right in the middle of the price ranges and ultimately their Angie's List report pushed them over the top.

They were on time to do the services asked of them. They were professional while they worked. I would use them in the future. I believe that they could have cleaned up after themselves a little better.

We are very satisfied with our experience. Jeremy came out to do our estimate the same day I called and he was very thorough. He wrote out everything and plotted the work out. He brought a photo book with him of fencing they had installed at other jobs as well as a (very long) list of references which included the work done. He was easy to ask questions of and easy to talk to. Very professional without the run around. The men who came to install the posts and fencing were also great, very polite and friendly. They were very concerned with making sure I was aware of any issues that came up during the process and that I was pleased with the results. They did a good job of cleaning up. The longest part of the project was waiting for Euclid to do the permit (which NEO Fence has no control over). Once they got the permit they were out the following week on Tuesday to set the posts and returned on Friday to finish. Excellent job!

Mr. Keagle came out to do estimate. Very professional, explained all the options from merely straightening to replacing the entire fence. Wrote up and emailed me his estimates for three possible jobs: straightening the fence and replacing a couple of posts in the ground, replacing all posts that went into the ground or replacing the entire fence with a new one. I chose the middle option. Men came within the week. One day to dig out old posts and put in and cement new ones. The second day (after three days of letting concrete set) they put back up the rest of the fence and straightened everything up. Cleaned up most debris and scattered left over soil that had been dug up.

From day one I was having troubles with them. After about an hour after installation, I gave them a call for a few things that needed fixed but they refused to come out and repair unless they were in the area. It took two months to get a repair. The installer wanted to make sure it was level but there was huge gaps between the ground and the bottom of the fence in some areas. We put a level on it and it wasn't even level. Very poor service. They could have used a stronger fencing material. They could have also had a better response time to the complaint.

I like my fence. The workers who put in my fence in the backyard were nice and worked in the rain.

The did a better job than we thought they'd do, only because this was the 3rd fencing company we had called to fix the latch.

The entire process went smoothly. Rick came to my house to give me the estimate and he explained my options thoroughly. The two men who replaced the fence were professional and friendly, worked quickly, and did not destroy any of my flowers which I greatly appreciated.

They did a wonderful job. I had one problem concerning the gate and they came back and fixed it at no charge.

They were very professional. Their quote was lower than other companies. They were able to put the fence up within a couple of weeks in the middle of spring! I was impressed with the speed and quality of the build. Having watched my neighbor hire a handyman to build a similar wood fence for them (they had to take the boards down 3 times!) I have a greater appreciation for the superb job that NEO Fence did.

I was amazed at how quickly they worked and that they cleaned up after themselves. Also left us other boards in case there is a problem with any of the boards they put up. Plan to hire them next year to repair back gates.

RON AND FRED WERE AN EXCELLENT WORK TEAM. FAST, FRIENDLY AND VERY WORKMANLIKE IN THEIR BUSINESS. DID AN EXCELLENT, HIGH QUALITY JOB. THIS WAS A VERY GOOD PRICE FOR THIS FENCING JOB.

ASK FOR PICTURE OF GATE BEFORE ORDERING - I was told I would get a shadowbox gate to match my existing fence except the horizontal bars would be metal, and what actually showed up looked like a chain link gate frame with wood boards on either side. Not awful, but not what I was expecting. They would not change it as it was custom welded, and I did not push the issue as I should have asked for a picture first. The gate is extremely sturdy. Salesman and crew supervisor I spoke with on phone were very polite and responsive, delivered gate earlier than originally promised when I told them I needed it earlier for a cookout we had. Installation crew polite but seemed like some might be summer only employees without much experience.

THEY INSTALLED A WOOD FENCE ON HALF OF OUR YARD. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH APPOINTMENTS, REASONABLY PRICED, PROFESSIONAL, & DID QUICK, QUALITY WORK. THEY LEFT BEHIND DIRT WHERE THEY DUG THE POST HOLES WHICH WAS DISAPPOINTING, BUT AFTER ASKING THEM ABOUT IT THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T TAKE IT WITH THEM (FOR SOME REASON...). NOT HORRIBLE, BUT IT WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER IF THEY SET OUR EXPECTATION AHEAD OF TIME THAT WE WOULD HAVE A LOT OF SHOVELING/WHEELBARROW WORK TO DO AFTER IT WAS DONE.

THEY HAD INSTALLED A FENCE AT MY PREVIOUS HOME. THEY WERE NOT PUSHY AND I HIRED THEM TO BUILD THIS FENCE. THE OWNER HELPED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T EVEN GET A SECOND ESTIMATE FOR THIS FENCE.

THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THIS COMPANY'S WORK IS EXCELLENT. I DEALT WITH RICK BERNARDO WHO RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF MY AGREEING TO THE ESTIMATE AND DID SO IN JANUARY WHEN IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD AND JUST AFTER WE HAD A HUGE SNOWSTORM. THE GATES LOOK GREAT AND ARE AN IMMENSE IMPROVEMENT OVER THE OLD RUSTED, BROKEN GATES.

THEY STARTED IN '02, BUT NEVER FINISHED THE PROJECT. I CALLED ABOUT ANOTHER ISSUE, AND THEY AGAIN PROMISED TO RETURN TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY HAVE CONTINUOUSLY FAILED TO DELIVER ON THEIR COMMITMENT.

THEY INSTALLED THE FENCE IMPROPERLY, THEY MADE THE PRODUCT LOOK LIKE IT WAS CHEAP, THEY CUT OFF PARTS OF THE FENCE THAT HAD LOCKING MECHANISMS THAT WERE TO HOLD THE FENCE TOGETHER AND REFUSED TO REPLACE THE PARTS THAT WERE CUT OFF. MY FENCE IS LITERALLY BLOWING THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN THE WIND BLOWS. THE LAST THING THEY TOLD ME IS THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO COME OUT OR HONOR MY WARRANTY AND IF I WANT IT FIXED I SHOULD CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY, AND NOT BOTHER THEM ANYMORE WITH THIS PROBLEM, EVEN THOUGH IT'S A WARRANTY ISSUE. THE FENCE IS 12 INCHES OFF THE GROUND IN PLACES. I'VE GOT A DOG THAT RUNS LOOSE BECAUSE OF THE INSTALL AND I LIVE IN AN ASSOCIATION NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE I'M NOT ABIDING BY MY REQUIREMENTS AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.
