Jim and his assistant, Dave were very professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time as scheduled. They cleaned up after they were finished. They kept me updated on the work they were doing. We will definitely hire them again for any of our plumbing needs.

I called Jim after hours (6pm) and he stopped in within the hour to review our plans. He did not try to "sell" us on any special items but listened to our needs and made sure that we had the same understandings of work to be performed. Jim started the work quickly and finished in a timely manner. He was very courteous, cleaned up all his work areas and even wore shoe coverings inside our home.

He is a master plumber. His name is Jim Yates. He did a very good job, he cleaned up really well. The quality of his work is excellent. He was very reasonable on replacing the sump pump. He brings most of his materials with him. He has a lot of supplies in his truck. He just does a great job and I am very impressed with him.
