Description of Work: The salesman was punctual and helpful. The window for the tech to show up for service was 9:00 to 11:00. He showed up at 11:05. He was in a big hurry to get us out of the house so he could start. I still had some bugs after the treatment, but when I called the salesman, he cell phone number was changed. He did not answer my e-mail, or calls to his office. I had no 30-day inspection, or 60-day inspection. Once they had my money, that was it.

Description of Work: This service was for my son who rents his house to someone else. The previous renters had to be evicted. They had left the home dirty and the new renters discovered bed bugs after about a week. Orkin was prompt and did a great job. When they evaluated the situation they found that the bed bugs were in the walls which meant the process had to be done in two sessions, one with high heat and the other with chemicals. So far, there has been no report of the reappearance of the bed bugs.

+ -1 moreTHEY COME BACK EVERY OTHER MONTH TO DO PREVENTIVE SPRAYING, BUT I STILL SEE THE OCCASIONAL ANT TO THIS DAY, SO I GUESS YOU COULD SAY THAT I SHOULD DISCONTINUE THEIR SERVICES.
