AGENCY ENTERTAINMENT

I was asked to provide some of the special songs (first dance, etc.) myself. I spent a great deal of time filling out the forms that were provided, the DJ guide sheet was not followed. Many requests on the sheet were ignored entirely. Jazz music was requested during dinner. The DJ played Frank Sinatra and Chariots of Fire. I specified that there was to be no profanity whatsoever. The DJ at one point put in a CD and left the room. A song by Cake which repeated "Go to hell!" many times began to play, and the DJ was nowhere to be found. I ranked oldies and disco music as genres that I would like to be played during the reception. Neither of these genres were touched in the hours of music that were provided. At the end of the reception, the DJ asked if we would be paying him. The DJ s fees were payed in full prior to the reception. It has been six months since I contacted the representative with my complaint. I have received no response to my complaint.
