They rushed the installation that they promised. They never came through on the home installation. They basically just told me how to do it myself, and got me out the door. They didn't have any regard for my needs.

Their tech support and staff are excellent.  The pricing is reasonable.  The customer service is great.  They have an easy tech service.  You can either bring your computer in and have it worked on, or they can come to the home.  We have had them out three to five times to deal with routers and set up printers.

Since I had never used a fax before I asked the attendant in the copy center for help. He was very curt  and rude, as if I was a great inconvenience to him. Even as I tried to send the fax, it failed and again I asked him for assistance, he was even less helpful a shirt with me, returning to sit in front of a computer he was either doing a project on or play games on.
 I never was able to complete the fax and left the store to do the same at Kinkos with no problem and friendly service.

PURCHASED A LAPTOP COMPUTER AND EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM FROM STAPLES. NOW THAT THE COMPUTER NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED, WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT HASSLES, MISINFORMATION AND WASTED TIME IN DEALING WITH THE SITUATION. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO STAND BEHIND A PRODUCT OR WARRANTY PROGRAM.
