They were professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Everything was great with them. It is a top-notch company and I would absolutely recommend them.

I liked the installers and the follow-up. The installers were great! They took their time and did a good job. They were descent people to have in your house. If there was an issue they would come back and fix it. I think the price was kind of high, but it was worth it. The window was a real good quality. They were right on time.

They were very great. They were very enthusiastic. They used a vinyl window and it worked great. It fitted great and I could not tell the difference compared to my other windows. There was no damge to my house. They came on time. They sent someone out to inspect the window after the job was completed to make sure that everything was done correctly.

We were very, very pleased with them. Right from the beginning through the end, it was a great experience. The salesman was very informative; he wasn't pushy at all. He did a great demonstration. We went out to the showroom and saw the product. A couple people did the installation. They did not break; they worked the whole time. They cleaned up everything afterward. Later, somebody inspected all of the windows and made any necessary adjustments. The price was very good.

Positive experience from start to finish. Professional attitude, courteous, helpful, prompt, excellent product. Price was a shock at first, but result was excellent. Outside treatment for windows looked better than what they were replacing.

There were different varied sizes that we purchased. The experience was pretty smooth. They offered the whole screen as part of the price. We went to the showroom and they also came to our house. They cleaned up when they were done and the windows open fine. They came back today to make sure everything was okay. We ordered the windows and they arrived in less than two weeks which was shorter than they originally told us. I would hire them again.

These were the last two windows that I was replacing in my townhome. They have also replaced another window and a sliding glass door for me. As always they werre punctual and were just very pleasant. They actually took less time then what was quoted to me. Their customer service is outstanding. It just happened that they came out the same day that I was having the new windows installed. I had a couple things I had questions about on my other window and my sliding glass door and when the customer service person came out he was able to fix the window and order the part for the sliding glass door. I liked my windows so much that when my daughter wanted to replace all of the windows in her house she went with Rosati also. What a great company Mike Rosati has, his values are outstanding.

From the first meeting with Steve, the approach was professionsl and knowledgable. When we signed the contract, on August 4th, the follow up was exceptional. Within a week they came out to measure the windows, til the work was completed, they worked with our schedule. The installation crew was right on time and worked hard to complete the job. The attention to detail and clean up afterward was pleasant to see. The work was done efficiently and the crew was great. They cleaned up after they were done so it looked like they hadn't even been here. I had work like this done by another company, in a previous house, but Rosati's product far exceeds the others.

They do beautiful finished work and clean up after themselves, The sales people are nice, answer questions and are not pushy. They inspect the windows about a week after they are installed and make sure there are no problems. I love my new windows and believe if there was a problem they would fix it. I did loose a couple of plants, but to be fair my beds are very crowded and it could have a lot worse.

After about six months the decking from Trex began having spots of mold appear, after many phone calls and e-mails to the manufacturer provided no resolution to the problem even after following their cleaning procedures. Eventually we were using 100% clorine bleach twice a year only to have the mold spots return. Trex refused to offer any compensation or to replace this product even though there were a couple of class action lawsuits filed against this company (Trex). Finally, Rosati replaced our deck at their expense with a newer and superior version of Trex decking.

Great experience. We were redoing our kitchen and contracted with the Fix it crew to do most of the labor. They worked with our schedule, worked around our plumber, HVAC, and electrician, and we ended up with a terrific looking kitchen at a very reasonable price. Denny took care of every surprise that we found as the walls came down and figured out how to make every thing fit in our tiny space. He was a true professional and was very nice to have in the house. We ended up having to do more than the original estimate, but that is expected when you tear out an old space and change it. Even with the extra expenses, the total was less than we expected to pay for such fine work.

Mark was terrific. He came out and put everything in perspective because it wasn't easy. Carl came out to install and did a terrific job. There was some difficulties but it wasn't their problem, it was a security issue. John came out on his time off to finish it and make sure it was completed before the July 4th weekend.

The project had an exciting start with ordering new windows we could afford. We picked up on Dave Schultz's personal story of the benefits of laminated first floor windows and ordered them. All the windows were installed within a few weeks with the exception of the replaced kitchen windows. The wrong kitchen windows were ordered and had to be reordered. One of the laminated windows had a fingerprint between the layers of glass. We had to wait until a new laminated window was received in order to get the new kitchen windows. We were disappointed with those small problems, but Rostati made them right for us without hour having to complain.

I had to call them again, because I could not get it down, so they came out and helped me with that too.

We attended their open house at their Roberts Road factory, where we met our salesperson and got to view all of their products. I felt going to the open house is the best way to get started on the project. The sales person was very helpful and professional. There was no pressure to purchase the windows. The windows were installed within 3 weeks of the initial order. They installed the windows in one day. They came back to inspect the windows after they were installed, as promised. We had one window that was faulty that the installers pointed out, and that was replaced the day the inspector came. The screens were loose, and the inspector tightened all of them in addition had to add some caulk to the deck door. We love the windows and feel they are a high quality product. We are very satisfied with the whole process with Rosatti from the initial meeting at the open house to the installation and the follow up. We feel we can depend on them if there are any repairs or problems with the windows. The windows are very attractive. Felt they did a wonderful job with the window that they made larger.

The original (1984) windows in our house were drafty and we knew we needed to have them replaced originally. Rosati had installed two storm doors a few years ago, and we were impressed by their professionalism then. So they were a natural when it came time to do our windows. The price was not cheap, but it was fair. The installers did all the work in two days, amazing when considering the number of windows and the bad weather we had. We were very satisfied and highly recommend Rosati.

The process for estimating and installing the replacement windows and dorrs is well organized, including an automatic quality inspection after installation. There were a few minor problems identified during the qualifty inspection that were corrected.

I would like to give them an AAAAAAA report, if I could. I was very impressed with the entire experience. The salesman was very knowlegeable and not at all high pressure. The installers were very professional and when they were finished every thing was s*** and span. They also sent a representative to check on the installation a few weeks later. I would do business with them again. I wish everyone I did business with would be as wonderful.

They were punctual and did a great job. They have been available whenever I have called and asked a question over the phone.

I had 7 windows replaced with Rosati double-hung windows. Keith Jenkins was very friendly and understanding when he first came to give an estimate, and his estimate was dead on. There were no surprises. Another person came to measure before they started manufacturing the windows, and then 8 days later they were installing them! Talk about a fast turnaround! Scott and John did a great job installing and were very professional. They also were very good natured about working around my neurotic dogs and being careful not to get any carpets dirty.

It went really well. They were really professional. When they came out, the gentleman was very professional, I went from casement to double hung for the new windows. They were very helpful in making that decision. Instead of sending out to do the work for 2 days, he sent out 2 teams to get it done in one day. Very nice people that did the work. They even came out to do the follow up and made sure all was working well for me. They also cleaned up really well.

They cleaned up very well after the work was done. They came back and did an inspection after the windows were in for awhile. They wanted to make sure I was happy and that the windows were sealed correctly. They are a little pricey. They are very professional and they did a great job.
