Their biggest selling point was their warranty. Their price might have been a little bit higher than some other quotes that I had. They provided unconditional lifetime warranty as long as you were there in the house and carries over to the next owner for 10 years. They were very friendly and professional. We had no complaints. There are a few things that we need to follow up with them, but we haven?t done it. We were quite satisfied and would use them again in future.

They came over at the scheduled time, and were really excellent. Everything went very, very smoothly. We have no complaints whatsoever. We would call them back for some more work.

They were great. They were prompt, efficient, and clean.

They are the most straightforward. They sent out 2 crews and did most of the windows on one day. Overall it was an excellent work, though I wouldn?t call it perfect work. They were very professional and overall they cleaned up fine. There were some minor little things that they forgot to do. One individual who did a difficult window did a poor finish job. However later when they came for a follow up, they corrected it. I would definitely use them in future.

They were very good at finding the leak and fixing the problem. They could not find the leak the first time, but worked very diligently to make sure they corrected the problem. They gave me a couple of recommendations on some things I might want to get taken care of in the future and I appreciated that.

They came in and did a good job. They cleaned everything up very well. The windows are guarenteed life. They were very prompt and they came out to check and make sure that everything was ok. They showed me how to operate the windows. They didn't pressure me into making a purchase, they showed me the facts about their windows and left the decision up to me.

They are just fantastic. We had heard good things about them. We read about them on Angie's List. They have won awards on Angie's List.

They are excellent people. The person that came out was very nice and everything he's said has been true so far.

We visited the showroom and were shown the products by Steve Love. Steve kept every appointment on time at our home and worked around our schedules. He was very knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure. He also had good suggestions for us to consider. The windows and atrium door were installed in one day. The installation crew was neat, professional and cleaned up the work area totally. The final inspection took place today, and the inspector, Rob, was very helpful and gave some specific window operation advice that will of benefit. The windows are great. We are impressed with the reduction in outside noise. With our old windows, we grew accustomed to typical neighborhood sounds and noises. Now, it is much more quiet in the house. We also think that we will have a difference in comfort in the winter.

They were excellent. I had used them earlier and I was happy enough to call them again.

They did a very good job in many ways, but we found them to be a little too expensive because most of the job was subcontracted. Most of the work was done by a gentleman who had his own company that subcontracted work for The Fix It Crew. He would come by frequently to supervise the work. They were very honest and always responsive. If we left a message then within no more than an hour we would get a response. They have a stronger infrastructure than someone working on his own.

We were searching for a new entry door as an upgarde. After looking at many supliers we visited the Rosati showroom. No pressure, no hype for sure. They were very helpful with typesof doors, options, styles etc. We made our selection and ordered the door that day. We were told it could be 6-8 weeks. It actually came in 3 weeks later and was installed the following week. Installation crew was very efficient and professional. They did a great job. Just had a follow up visit yesterday to make sure it was working properly and we were satisfied. The door certainly changes the appearance of our home. We would recommend Rosati to everyone

The whole process went very well. They came out and gave a very nice presentation. I felt that they were comprehensive without being pushy, which was very good. We signed a contract and they told me in about two weeks someone would be out to take all of the final measurements. There was someone out to take the measurements in about three days and they told me that the completion would take about four to eight weeks for the windows to be ready. About a week after that they called to let me know that the windows were ready for installation. The entire process went significantly faster than I expected. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The installers were very good they took the time to answer all of my questions and talk with me. They even answered questions that had nothing to do with the installation. They just recently came out to do the final inspection. The price was good, however it could always be lower.

It went really well, he had to struggle with the cabinet hinges, but he got them. He came back to install front lights. They were timely and I will use them again.

We felt that they had a fair price and high quality of work. I liked that they were not really high pressure. They were punctual. They arrived and did all of the work that they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a window company.

We are very happy with Rosati Windows. They installed the doors. They were very helpful. We were very indecisive about the color, but they helped us with that. We even changed the color once, but they were very accommodating. They did a great job. Their price was extremely good compared to that of another company. We are planning to have them again to do the big window in the front.

The wooden frame on the basement door was rotting owing to water leak, over the years. We wanted The Fix It Crew to do a steel door for us, but they quoted about $2000 for the same. So, we had them fix the old door instead. They put in a weather-stripping and painted it. They also put in new locks. The guy went in through a storm window for the inside of the door, but when he measured it, he didn?t take into account a new lock and a dead blot that increased the size of the window. As a result, by the end of the job, he couldn?t get the window on. So, we ended up not getting the window. They revamped the door and replaced that part of the wooden frame on the outside. We felt that they were a little pricey considering the work done. However, the guy spent two full days working on the job. He was professional, too.

We liked a lot of things about them. They were on time. They were fast. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn?t have any bad experiences with them.

They are fabulous. They are on time, and they do a great job. All of the guys that work there are friendly. Before we had that done, we had them install new windows. They came out and did what was supposed to be done. We never had an issue after the installations were done. Everything was really well done.

No installation problems what-so-ever! They even had a follow up appointment to check our satisfaction, which I really appreciated! The windows came in much ahead of schedule, moving the project along quickly. They were helpful with any questions we had and did not have any hh pressure sales tactic.

They did an excellent job. They said they would get the job done in a day, and they did. The windows were good. They were quick, and they were clean. They met our expectations. They are not the cheapest in the market, and they are not the most expensive. We got good value for what we paid.

Terrible! The employee who installed the new bronze chandelier (i provided from Lowes) left the previous painted chrome "faceplate" (?) and added the new chandelier about 15 inches from the ceiling!!! When I called about this, they said they would have the employee buy the same chandelier and install the new face plate (?) Then they called me and said the new chandelier didn't have a "face plate" in it. I went to Lowes to fume and the employee opened a box of the chandelier in question and it indeed did have a "faceplate" in it. He gave me the required supplies. I called the boss and told my story. He rejoiced over the success of "the little people" and made arrangements to send the employee back out to install the faceplate that supposedly was contained in only 1 out of 3 boxes. When the employee arrived he "explained" to me how that faceplate wouldn't work (he obviously had seen them in previous boxes) and I explained how it would work. He was successful in installing it satisfactorily with my assistance (including the correct height from the floor). I question how much experience (and guidance) this guy had!!!

They are a local company and I had watched them for a long time, like at home shows and things like that. Our neighborhood had used them before and I was very pleased with their work. They finished all the work for us in just one day, and then they sent somebody back and did a very thorough follow-up visit. They did a fine job and their customer service was good.
