I am writing to express dissatisfaction with our $27,000 furnace and A/C replacement from Logan Services. Our sales rep, Cameron Young, misled us with a "Bait and Switch" tactic. He promoted a free accessory with the furnace purchase, offering options like a Whole House Humidifier, which we discussed specifically for our downstairs unit. After installation, we found that the humidifier was missing and instead received an April Aire Merv-11 filter, which was never mentioned. When we contacted Cameron, he claimed we misunderstood and refused to resolve the issue without extra charges. Customer service was unaware of the filter and kept confusing it with the humidifier. Despite escalating the issue to management, they sided with Cameron and refused to honor the promotion. Logan Services’ failure to resolve the issue and their unprofessional handling have led us to decide we will not do business with them again.

First time using Logan for plumbing. We have used them for HVAC for 12 years. I won't use them for plumbing again. At first I left them a five star rating. They installed a water tank last week and did some miscellaneous pipe work. Great. Today I failed the City of Columbus inspection for two reasons: 1. They added a pan under the water tank. The Logan plumber led me to believe that was part of code. The city inspector said it isn't, however, if you add a drain pan, it needs added piping to route any water collected to the floor drain. The Logan plumber capped the drain pan. FAIL. 2. I was surprised that Logan added a support expansion tank to the top of the new hot water heater. I never had one before. Again, the city inspector said we don't really need it. We don't have a closed system, where there is a backflow preventer, so the thermal expansion tank was unnecessary. However, where we failed inspection was in the installation of this tank, which is supposed to attach to the wall. Instead, the Logan plumber sat the tank directly on the piping. FAIL. I AM SO MAD. I took off work ($ lost) to have the plumber here, and took off work for the inspection. Now I have to go through all this again not to mention that I paid for equipment that I didn't even need. EPIC FAIL ON PLUMBING. Hey, Logan, can I bill YOU for the time I take off work to go through this process a second time?

We signed up last fall for a special—heating start up check in fall and cooling check up start in spring. We had the fall visit. Spring visit was scheduled far out by Logan because they were totally booked until July 26. Logan canceled that visit due to worker illness. Rescheduled for July 30. Logan canceled again due to priority no AC calls. We get that, but this is Logan’s wheelhouse. They should have enough experience with scheduling to anticipate an increase during peak need and react accordingly. We have asked for a refund for half of what we paid for the special and will contact another servicer.

They don't want my business; money to spend, and they don't want it; so we went with another A/C company and the job is now done. 3 X, they said they would come out and quote my job for 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units, in a new build, where ductwork was already installed and inspected.... And 3 X I had to call them back and try and get things rolling. I even spoke face-to-face with one of their folks you see on their television commercials, at the Home and Garden show....."How can I earn your business?" she said.... face-to-face. Probably one of the easiest jobs they've ever had... easy money! And they just left money on the table; walked away from it. They heard "new build" and then heard NOTHING after that... Better this way; don't want to do business with a company that doesn't follow through and doesn't listen.

We were in need of a new furnace and AC unit.After shopping around this was the best choice. they explained everything about our choices. Friendly sales guys arrived on time and had a no pressure sale pitch. only showed what would work best for the size of our house. the installers arrived on time (texted a picture of who would be coming) the explained what and how they were going to proceed. Made sure to respect of home by using drop clothes and even had a clean area outside. After installing they explained how everything worked even helping us with the App for our phone. Company even call a few time to make sure we were happy with how the system is working.

I contacted Logan Services after another local came out and left my furnace in pieces. This is my third furnace and air conditioner in the 33 years I have live here. They replaced pipes, electrical systems and the entire hvac system. The house was spotless after they completed the work. Josh Zac and Travis were awesome, they worked hard for 6.5 hours to get my system installed. Hopefully this will be the last unit I will have to purchase.

From the visit from the salesman until the completion from the installers, the job was very professional. The salesman explained every component thoroughly and what will be best for our home, and we excepted the deal from him. Set up a date for installation which was a couple days later, and the installers came out and put all the components in. The installers were very professional and informative on how they were going to replace all the equipment. I would recommend this company. Their price is comparable with other companies dealing with Trane equipment

The installers--Alex, Frank and Mike--were great. They showed up @8 a.m. It was a two-day job, but they stayed until after 8 p.m. on day 1 so that we would have A/C that night. When a problem surfaced the next day, they came out immediately and stayed on top of it until they identified and solved the problem--which ultimately turned out to be a worn out circuit breaker in the electrical panel, i.e., not their fault.

Really appreciate the great service we received from Logan, from the sales consultant to the installation. Everyone was very respectful and did a great job working with us. We are also very impress with the HVAC sold to us, this house has never been this cool in the summer, even the upstairs is very comfortable. Sometimes we have to turn the thermostat up a degree or two where we are too cold. The old unit never did that. Received all our warranty paperwork in a timely manner. Very great service.

We had a great experience with Logan! From the time Jeff showed up for the consultation through final install! Jeff was the only person that showed up with materials and information for me to keep. Which I felt was very necessary when I sat down to review my options. Jeff walked us through everything, and provided knowledge and education throughout. When it came the install, Chuck and Victor were just as fantastic! They were kind, and very respectful of our home. They took time to ensure everything was completed safely and accurately but also were very efficient. They were in and out fairly quickly considering both A/C and Furnace were replaced. The attention to detail was spot on and I feel we received a quality install. We reccomend Logan to everyone!
