Dwight Davis did a great job on my kitchen sink pipe repair and faucet replacement. He did a good job explaining the problems & the options for fixing them. Dwight demonstrates a strong work ethic & was considerate of my time. I will call him again for other plumbing issues!

Double wrench Plumbing (Dwight Davis Sr and son) did a great job replacing 2 water heaters at my residence. They arrived early and provided excellent communication prior to and during the project. They even contacted me after they completed the work to make sure everything was okay and I was satisfied. I recommend Double Wrench plumbing for their quality work and fair price!

I had been quoted an unbelievable amount of money to replace my water heater by a larger company because of changes in the dimensions of the tank and where it was situated in my condominium. And it didn’t include the money to purchase the tank. I went to Home Advisor to seek another opinion. I provided the information about my circumstances. Within 5 minutes Dwight Davis called me . He was out the next day, inspected the area and quoted me a price of $600 less to install the water heater. It made my day! And the very next day, my water heater was installed. Very responsible, polite and respectful service. I always like to support local businesses. I appreciate their personal service.

Below is my review of Double Wrench Plumbing. They came to repair a leaky toilet as well as to replace an old one with a new one. They provided same day service. All the work which included going to the store to purchase supplies as well as handling a leaky situation was performed in under 4 hours. Pros 1. Efficient 2. Friendly 3. Discussed options that best save the customer money 4. Explain and show the customer the issues related to the plumbing 5. Service was affordable Cons 1. Did not turn off the water main before beginning work (this is plumbing 101), which resulted in water leaking from the second floor to the first floor. 2. Did not take off work boots while in the house. If taking boots off is not ideal, they could consider wearing those baggy things construction workers wear. 3. Clean up could have been better. They should consider having their own supplies and make sure they leave a customer's home as they found it.

I was referred to Double Wrench through HomeAdvisor. Dwight, the owner, scheduled my property for the following day at 9 a.m. He and his crew arrived exactly on time and were ready to address the issue. Upon inspection, Dwight provided me with a very reasonable estimate and got the work completed in a very timely and workmanship-like manner. We are property managers so we understand the scope and nature of the work he completed and from experience could tell that he and his crew were both competent and reasonable in price. We will use Double Wrench in the future and highly recommend them to others who are looking for quality plumbing professionals.

Quality timely work, excellent pricing, exceptional customer service! I had Double Wrench out for a quote to encapsulate my crawl space and Dwight mentioned that they do other work as well. They gave me great pricing and performed the encapsulation, installed 4 glass block windows in my basement and redirected a drain spout away from house and out to the sidewalk. I was impressed how quickly they started and completed the work. My home was built in 1919 so when they told me that they had quite a bit of crumbling when they removed my basement window, i was concerned when it poured rain recently for hours. I went down this morning and not a drop of moisture. Dwight explained all of the work to me beforehand, sent pictures to me at work while it was being done and followed up afterwards. My only (very small) criticism would be that the cleanup in the basement wasn't quite what i had hoped. I will use this company again and have recommend them to anyone that will listen!

This father-son team is first rate. They are responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and I'd hire them again. An excellent experience replacing my hot water tank.

They came on time and completed job in one day. Changed old gas hotwater tank to new electric tank. Uncloggged a slow drain and replaced two leaking shutoff valves. Quality work. Very efficient.

Father and son team that were very wonderful. Arrived on time, even called 30 min early to confirm again. Found additional issues, and they ran out and got the pieces needed immediately. Found a leak in a toilet seal and fixed that also. Overall I was completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. And the cost was affordable as well!!

TOTAL HACK JOB, HACKED AWAY STRUCTURE OF STUDS, TOOK 1/2 DOWN PAYMENT AND WOULD NOT RETURN ANY OF THE MONEY AFTER THEY WERE FIRED FOR SUCH A SHODDY JOB, DID NOT PULL PERMIT, DID NOT COMPLETE EVEN ONE THIRD OF THE JOB AND KEPT HALF OF THE MONEY.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PUT ME OFF FOR WEEKS AFTER I SAID JUST RETURN PART OF THE MONEY AND CHARGE ME FOR WHAT YOU DID...AFTER WAITING WEEKS FOR REFUND, I DECIDED TO PUT IT ALL OUT THERE. RIPPED ME OFF. SHAME ON DOUBLE WRENCH PLUMBING. WILL CONSULT ATTORNEY.
