Description of Work: I have used them on several occasions,personally and for business use, this last time was for business use, i had rehabbed a home and they replaced the basement windows with glass block, half the windows had vents installed,i have used general contractors who do glass block, but do not specialize. i have gone back to Cleveland Glass Block because of their professionalism and specialization. Their estimator is always prompt on appointments, they know their product and every install situation inside and out, Their prices are very competitive , their installations are flawless and always on their scheduled time, they clean up after themselves, and back up their work, even though i can say , i have never had to call them back out. This last job was standard basement windows, but i have had them do everything including full size windows in a garages and bathrooms and even turning a full size door in a bathroom that led to a balcony in to a glass block with 2 vents. never anything but excellent work.

Description of Work: Everything was explained in detail to me how "glass showers" would be built and installed. I had two done. Installer showed me numerous photos of jobs he had done and everything was top notch. I love my Euro style shower in Master. From start to finish, calls were returned promptly and things were handled very professionally. |

Description of Work: They did a first rate job for a very reasonable price, came when they said they would, finished when they said they would and responded quickly when we had a minor issue the following spring. And they resolved the issue for us right then and there. So they are the best!
