We had a wonderful experience with Wilkerson Remodeling who we hired to finish our basement. He started on time and finished a week ahead of schedule. He came recommended to us from many of our neighbors who had their basements finished by him with excellent results. Communication was great throughout and we always had a clear timeline of what to expect and when. Wilkerson remodeling is very reasonably priced and the quality of work has been outstanding. We are loving our finished basement and it was beautifully done exactly as we wanted. We highly recommend this company!!!

NOT A BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS. Wilkerson Remodeling and Home Repair, LLC a chance to try and make things right over and over again. At each step in the process we provided spreadsheets about what still wasn’t done, in writing. He is a local dad in our school district and should be mortified at the way he has treated a family in his own community. We are now 57 days into a 10 day remodel/fix on our ONLY bathroom- a 5x7 room with simple design. On Friday, day 57, he told us to see if there was anything we could have him get to fix the crappy job he did in the niche. Asked the customer to find their own fix for his bad craftsmanship- in doing my research, I found from 4 experts that our shower WAS NOT WATERPROOFED underneath the tile. I have a detailed record of everything- this spreadsheet has all lies we were told in red and each yellow square is a day they pulled a no call no show. 12 times on a “10 day job” they didn’t show when expected or even call. We used a Porta Potty ? the driveway for 28 days with 2 kids. We showered in an inflatable tub over the laundry room drain and now I am finding out our shower probably isn’t safe to use still. We paid in full for the install of 8 interior doors. 2 rooms have no doors at all, and not one door installed works properly. He is still holding some of our materials hostage. I don’t generally like to destroy local businesses but this has affected our physical , financial, emotional and mental health. We deserve a refund and to receive the materials we paid for. It is clear he is unable to complete a job properly. I hope that all the other jobs he ADMITTED he took on while already overwhelmed are having better luck with him. The number of times he lied to us about “grabbing a bite for lunch” and never returning when he was clearly at other jobs makes me pretty sure others are getting screwed over as well.

In the beginning it was great. I contacted Brandon and he set up a date with in two days to come out and measure. communication was great until after I paid Brandon for the materials for the door ($2,753) after that communication was an lacking. and there was always a reason for something. At first I was understanding as it can take time for the door to come in. but then there was an issues with the door which I understood at first. However, payment was given in July and it is October and still having issues. Brandon was supposed to come and install the door on 10/9/2020 and he never showed. I started calling and texting the number only to get a response hours after work was supposed to be started. first it was Brandon had to go get stiches but his assistant was not able to get a hold of him. yet they sent me a picture of his stitched hand? That was Friday. then on Monday I was told his uncle died. I started to get suspicious and wanted proof the door was even ordered by end of day on Monday 10/12/2020 or I would start taking action. it is now 2 days later. and they will not return emails or calls. I still have no door, no proof door was ordered and I am out $2,753 I have now had to file with the BBB in hopes to get some resolution. my only hope is to prevent another person from being scammed by Brandon.

For over two months Brandon has put me off and has done no more than leave my yard a mess that I will have to pay someone else to clean up.
He did not contact me for weeks saying he would do the work, and not show up when he said he would.  In fact, he was only at my residence a total of three times for no more, all total, of 8 hours over the two month period.
He has told me my refund check was, "in the mail" over a week ago.  He won't even tell me what the amount of this so called refund is going to be.  
I have been well beyond patient in this matter for over two months of empty promises and unprofessional behavior.
I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB because of what I have been put through and paid $4,500 of my hard earned money into.  It looks like I will have to take him to court as well.
My project has been held hostage along with my money for over two months.

I have had good experience with a bathroom remodeling. I used the services of Brandon Wilkerson and I think they are called Wilkerson Remodeling & Home Repair, L.L.C. I tried to contact a few people. He was the one that got back to me. We talked and everything went well from there. I can't say that there was one thing that stuck out. I got lucky and it all worked out for the better. I am using them today for a job. I was pleased. It was not an entire remodel it was just a portion of it.

Brandon was very knowledgable and did a good job and I paid exactly as estimated. I even aske him to clean out the end of ny front gutter and hammer a gutter spike back in while he was there and he did so at no exttra charge. I would use wilkerson Remodeling again.

We called Wilkerson Remodeling two weeks prior to the date he was needed.  Brandon was quick to set a date and was prompt in the time we asked him to be here.  We arranged for him to pick up the vanity tops at one store and the cabinets and mirrors at another.  He had no problem picking up at either place.  Once he came for the first bathroom, he was quiet and clean and got the job done well.  He only took 1/2 hour for lunch and started back on the first bathroom.  By 4:00 in the afternoon, he was completely finished with the first bathroom.  He said he'd be back the following day to start on and finish the next bathroom.  When he left he first day, I checked the bathroom and it was already completely dust free and cleaned up.  The next morning, he was here promptly at 8:00 and started the same thing as the day before.  By 4:00 that afternoon, he was completely finished with the second bathroom.  Again, completely cleaned up.  He also hauled away both sets of vanities and cabinets and mirrors.  I paid him right before he left.
