I found them to be very responsive and helpful every time we call them out. They are nice and provide me with tips on things I can try.

We haven’t had any problems since it was done. I would give them A’s. We didn’t have anything in the house when they came in so I can’t say that they moved furniture or anything. I would definitely use them again. Their price seems to be like everyone else's.

They were wonderful. Came out within hours and got rid of my ants!

They are extremely professional and reliable. I would recommend their services. They make sure they get it right the first time. If you see a single bug, they will come back to fix it immediately. They are really good at their service. They follow through. Even the front desk representative is fabulous!

I like that Sure Thing tailors the pest control method to the particular pest and does not just spread chemicals around.

They were very prompt. The gentlemen that came out was very reasonable. When they found more termites coming back they came out right away and took care of it at no charge. He also said that if I saw any more to give him a call right away and he would come back out.

The serviceman was pleasant and professional. No muss, no fuss, he just did the job and left. I will certainly call them again for any bug problems.

One note: I had to lift up a row of patio blocks behind the garage, about 20 or so, that were set onto sand. I did this because they advised me that it would have been difficult to drill into these rather brittle blocks, and I did agree with that. When we set the patio blocks originally, it was a tremendous amount of work to compact & level the area. When I lifted the blocks for this treatment, the sand was still set in perfect order and I was afraid it was going to be a nightmare to reinstall them. However, when Ken drilled the area, he was extraordinarily carefull!! I simply pushed the small pile of sand back into the hole, tamped it down a bit & dropped the blocks in place, and it looks like it was never disturbed. Took me less than 30 min to put everything back. I think this is noteworthy....he didn't even have a footprint in there!! Am I happy! You bet!

It is a local company and they do an excellent job. I am on an annual contract with them and will use them again in the future.

I found some bugs in a mattress in our house. I called SURE THING and they told me the easiest way to know what they are is to bring a sample of the bugs. I brought them in and they examined them for free. They informed me they were carpet beetles and proceeded to tell me how to get rid of them. They even told me we didn't need an extermination! To me, that was real honesty. They could've charged us for the examination of the bugs and for the advice but they didn't. They could've made an appointment to come and service our house, but they were honest and didn't. I'm happy to report, we are carpet beetle free because of their free advice! If we every do get bugs and need an extermination, I will for sure call SURE THING.

They are less expensive than their competitor, which is about 20%. The technician has been with the company for over ten years. I was having another provider and every time they sent out a new technician. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

Jerry showed at the scheduled time. He was VERY courteous and professional. I told him my son found a spider on his shirt that morning. He asked if I would like to start treatment today. I was grateful for that. He then spent over 1.5 hours treating and then explained their maintenance program. Overall great experience.

They are very good. We had an issue with ants on our front porch. The technician who came out was thorough. He discovered the ant’s colony on the roof above our porch, which is a strange location. We haven’t had any issues with pests since we started using their services.

They did a good job. We are having our windows replaced and he is going to make an extra trip out to treat down inside the window wells. They did a thorough investigation and went into the crawlspaces and set traps. They are going to treat our house quarterly.

From the first phone call through to the treatment of carpenter ants we were impressed with how responsive, professional and friendly everyone was. Kim was our service technician and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our first appointment time happened to be on a rainy morning so he wasn't able to do much but came out anyway to get a general idea of what we were dealing with. He spent time explaining how carpenter ants work and what he thought was going on in our situation. On Kim's second visit he was incredibily thorough in his investigation and took care of spraying the entire property and told us what we could do ourselves to try and keep the problem from occurring again. Our experience with Sure Pest Control was much more pleasant than Terminex who came out with all guns blazing trying to sell us annual service programs and scare tactics. Any future pest problems and we will be sure to call Sure Pest Control and I will ask for Kim. Other technicians are probably good but I was so impressed with Kim that I will stay with a "sure" thing.

Ray showed up promptly. Ray also explained how the treatment works and agreed to come back in 10 days if the treatment didn't work completely at 50% of the price. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Sure Thing Pest Control has treated our termite problem (x-problem) for the past 10 years. They were able to get rid of all the termites within a short period of time and then keep them out of our house. They have always been professional and courteous. When they come out for the usual exterior inspections they always answer my questions well. When thy do the yearly indoor inspection, they answer even more questions knowledgeably, politely and fully. They are always available to answer questions and very helpful. We have never had any return termites we can happily say. Last but not least, their services are priced competitively (less expensive than most). We are very happy with their services.

Excellent! Problem is solved now. It was a very difficult job due to the entry point location being very difficult to determine, but they kept at it and finished the job!

We chose SureThing based on their extensive knowledge. When we called, they thoroughly explained what they would be doing along with what we needed to do in preparation of their visit. We had two visits - we didn't need the third. On the first visit, they were very punctual and explained everything again to us. We showed them a few other bugs we had found in the lower level of our house. They quickly identified what type of bug it was and what we could do about them. The second visit was just as professional as the first. The problem has been solved. We appreciated their service so much that we signed up for a quarterly pest control contract. We would highly recommend them.

They come out twice a year. It is a part of my warranty and it just cost me $100 renewal fee. Every time you walk around the house it has termites. They put the Sentricon system and it has been termite free since then. It has been a walk through and has managed all the pests without any extra cost to me as a courtesy of the product that was purchased before I actually purchased the home. They were persistent, from waiting on their customer to responding or taking upon the scheduling of the inspection, in trying to get to the house and making sure that everything was taken care of. They were proactive in setting up the appointments.

They were wonderful. They did a thorough spraying outside the house. The price is excellent and the service is just great. They came out to the house within 24 hours because I thought I had carpenter bees. He gave me a thorough report after he was finished. He referred me to a wildlife company to get rid of the squirrels and woodpeckers that were causing damage to my home. I have now signed a contract for Sure Thing Pest Control to come spray my home every 6 months.

We've used them for 3 or 4 years. They took care of the problem and do prevention. They come once a year.

I called at noon with questions about large bees in my yard. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable and sent a tech out that afternoon. The tech assessed the area and returned the following morning to spray. He arrived exactly on time and did his job quickly. Within hours my yard was bee free. Great service...I would recommend them.

I have been using them for 5 years and I have a contract with them to come out every year. The job went well and I wouldn't have renewed my contract if it was not good. I like the knowledge of the technicians. They are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing.
