We were able to hire Mike from Ken Herbert Plumbing on very short (one day) notice for a very big, urgent project. He was wonderful in every way. Was there promptly when promised for the estimate, was onsite exactly when he said he was going to be (8 a.m.) for the all-day project. Mike is a seasoned pro. Great price, great work, highly recommend.

Plumber was there for a total of 1 hour 20 minutes. Used less than $50 in parts. Charged $350 so I was charged $300 for labor for 80 minutes of work! Plumber was nice and courteous.

Representative that was sent out did an initial estimate and was unsure of where the water was coming from at first glance. He had several locations that could be the source, but when he back several days later to do the actual work he was able find the source and fix it without an issue.
