Nick arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He performed the routine maintenance/cleaning on the air conditioner and reported no problems. He also emailed a detailed check list of all parts inspected. Jansen installed our HVAC system 18 years ago and has been servicing it ever since. It's still working great and we've been very happy with it. Thank you Nick and Jansen.

They were very thorough when trouble shooting, which it took a long time. Went above and beyond to diagnosed the pool heater. I appreciate the time to put in the work, and am in the process to possibly sign a annual contract.

Our AC went out on a Saturday evening, and I expected to wait until Monday to have someone out for a repair. I called the office, and a repair person promptly returned our call. He had a good idea of the necessary fix and could attempt a fix that night. He arrived after his previous appointment and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. We were surprised and relieved to have our AC back so quickly.

Within an hour after I called around 5:00 PM on the Fourth (!) of July, Jansen's technician arrived at our house. Our air conditioning system had stopped operating that afternoon. By 7:00 PM he had replaced a faulty split capacitor with one he had with him and had our system back on line. Given the day and time I called, I was ecstatic with the quick response and repair.

Arrived on time wearing a mask (covid19 era). Was able to repair broken part, which was a lot less than having to replace it. I've been using them for 35 years.

They are wonderful and easy to get an appointment with. They are quick to respond and their service is always impeccable. They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

Great! Zac performed maintenance that in turn solved the leaking problem. In addition he recommended tips on maintaining our units.

Greg managed to move the job up to get a new heater installed a day earlier than expected. While they were working on the furnace, his assistant, Mike, discovered a faulty vent from the hot water heater. Together, they went above and beyond and took the time (on a Friday night, no less) to find a temporary solution to this hazardous situation. Clean up was great, and they were polite and professional throughout the job.

It was after midnight on New Years Eve (actually New Years Day around 12:30). My wife and I had a house full of teenagers spending the night along with our other young son. The temperature outside was below 0. This is when our heater decided to not work! We have a service contract with Jansen so my wife called their number. Of course my thought was, "Good Luck"! I figured at best we could get put on the list for the following day or so. We were ready to send the boys home and find a hotel. Sure enough, someone answered the phone at Jansen! They told us a technician would call us back "within the hour". Once again, I was skeptical considering it was around 1:00 am on New Years at that point. To our surprise, the technician called us and promised he would be over "soon". And soon it was. The technician was over within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it before the teenagers even noticed it was cold! The tech was very friendly and courteous too. Then came time for the bill. I figured it was going to be quite high given the situation. To our great surprise the bill was VERY reasonable. I paid much less than expected for the great service. I can not say enough how grateful we were to have Jansen help us out that evening. They are a great company and we will continue to use them.

As usual the Jansen Tech is on time, preforms the work and leaves the home is excellent condition. We have used Jansen since 1990, We would recommend them to anyone. Very trust worthy, excellent work.

Bryson and Jeremy worked the entire day removing the old furnace and installing the much smaller new one. They were very particular and had to do a lot of custom metal work to retrofit the new unit. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Great. I called after the job was complete and had a couple cosmetic changes/tweaks... they were out there at 8am the next morning to fix it.

They were great! I have used them for a long time and they are always reliable.

Things went really well. It was easy to schedule the appointment and did not have to wait long. I was given a 2 hour window but they called ahead to let me know they were on the way. The technician was professional and was easy to work with.

They agreement is about $250 a year.

Jansen has been maintaining our heating and a/c unit since 1988 and when the unit was hit by lighting Jansen was the company we used to replace the unit with a new unit. and have been maintaining it since replaced.
