Jason and Henry came out sooner than I had expected (which was a pleasant surprise). They helped remove a bad root issue that we were aware of and that other companies have not been able to complete. Although it was pricey, for us it was worth it. I will use Halpin plumbing in the future!

I have a severe root problem in the drain from my house to street. Had it for years. We've always had someone use on auger to remove the roots, but it only partially works. We hired Halpin to remove 100% of the roots via a water jet/cutter system. I saw the before and after with the camera they put down the pipe. Remarkable. The roots will come back eventually, but 10 times longer than the partial remover of roots done with an auger.

Very well. He described what they would do and gave me the estimates. Fee will apply to job if we go ahead.

I can't say enough about Halpin Plumbing! I am SO PLEASED! Jason and Mike were amazing! Their efficiency was outstanding, their knowledge inspiring, and their skills with the equipment they had to use was top notch. Their people skills were top notch as well. In a time that should be extremely stressful for me, Jason and Mike were able to keep me comfortable and calm, explaining everything along the way. Watching via camera, the roots get obliterated, was FUN! I learned so much. Halpin offers financing, for which I was grateful, since this was a major repair. Jason and Mike were very careful to keep the mess to a minimum, and cleaned it up as they went. I could go on and on. I will never call any other plumber. I highly recommend Halpin!!

Work Performed in a timely, courteous and professional manner. We called Halpin Plumbing when they were recommended by our regular plumber to do a review of the sewer pipes after we had a sewer (gray water) back up into our lower home level. They we thorough and advised that the pipes were in great shape and did not require cleaning; they believed the backup was due to a “soft blockage” and a one-time thing. They were courteous, prompt and professional. They did NOT try to upsell us or dramatize what they found; we felt they were honest and fair. We will call them to have them do a further review (probably sometime in October) and a pipe cleaning, which they estimated to be approx. $125. We would recommend Halpin Plumbing to our neighbors.

I was fine with that because if the repair worked, then it would have been less expensive. I wasn't charged for the second call, only for parts. They did a nice job and tried to save me money. I had them install new faucets during another call and troubleshoot a gas leak. All done well and quickly. I will use them for any plumbing needs I have.

There were no problems and they came fairly quickly. They provided information about new toilets since ours is old and not functioning properly.
