Worked very well with the other contractors and the bill was even less than they first expected.

Mike did a great job. Arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. He explained the cause of the problem and how to fix it. He did an excellent and quick job in repairing it. Very pleased with the job. The woman who took my call at the office was also very pleasant and able to get the tech out to the house the very next day.

They were only here for 2 hours and they had to replace the pipes in the fireplace so I thought the price was reasonable. It's always impressive when the owner brings out his son and trains him. They take their time and do an excellent job.

The technician showed up on time, was polite, and had the job done in 15 min. Great Job.

They are excellent all the way around. We belong to their plan where they come out to check the air conditioning before the summer starts. Their office staff is excellent and it is easy to book an appointment with them.

The plumber who came out was fantastic. I really liked him. His name was Vick. He was troubleshooting and figured out where the leaks were coming from before he even opened it. He was assertive. He did the work quickly.

Tom Beresford, his field crew & office staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. I had very specific stipulations for how the work was to be done & collected quotes from multiple plumbers. Tom was sensitive to my concerns & helpful in clarifying some things that were not in conformance with industry standards or code requirements. He also has an office where someone always answers the phone & replies to e-mails. Much of my correspondence with Beresford was performed by e-mail. Some of the other plumber I talked to appeared to have not graduated beyond carbon copy forms & the post office. Beresford also provided the most thorough quote & qualifications of any plumber I talked to. He did not balk at obtaining a plumbing permit, providing warranties for fixtures & workmanship, submitting a complete description of performed work & releasing all mechanical liens at job completion. This was an indication of his professionalism. Other plumbers acted like I was little nuts for demanding all these things that should be standard practice for any construction job. Beresford was clear when it came to completion time. He guaranteed in the contract the work would be done within three days, in fact it took not much over two days. Another plumber told me he could get the whole job done in a day, & I just had to wonder what corners he might cut to accomplish that! Beresford's lead time was less than two weeks, whereas others told me it would be a month before they could start. This was possible because Tom relies on multiple suppliers for his materials so that he can often obtain items more quickly than other plumbers who deal with one supply house exclusively. All the workmanship was clean & neat, no mess was left behind. The plumbing crew asked for my input as the work progressed & in several cases installed higher quality materials than I had asked for, all with no increase in price. After all was said & done, there were a couple minor items not performed to my satisfaction, & I didn't understand one clause in the water heater warranties. Beresford's office talked to the water heater manufacturer immediately & confirmed my concerns were unfounded. Also they sent a plumber out the next day to correct the handful of workmanship issues. I am now the proud owner of a high quality plumbing system that I am sure will serve me well for years to come. Kudos to everyone at Beresford Plumbing!

They were plumbers when we first started using them. They are excellent at their work, and are always on time. When you call their office, you recognize that they are an efficient office. When we wanted to get the plumbing done, we thought that it was one thing, but the guy who came here did a whole lot of investigation and figured out that it was something else. They don t come in and fix something until they find out for sure what it is.

I received four estimates and decided to use Beresford because Mickey, the office person was very responsive and provided me with the best quote. I called Mickey on Thursday morning and told her I had decided to use her company. She adjusted her schedule and had the three plumbers come to my home as scheduled on the following day. They went right to work and finished in about three hours. They cleaned up and made sure I was happy with the job they had done. A great experience. I would highly recommend them and use them again for other plumbing work.

They always come at the drop of a hat and they have also fixed a kitchen sink for us, they also installed brand new toilets as well as installed a brand new water heater. He always puts booties on his shoes. The woman in the office makes sure that everything is followed through. They are competitive in price.

Tom came out after a few of the service men couldn't fix it, and increased the pressure in the gas line, and it has stayed lit ever since. $395 just to get my pilot light to stay lit. I have contacted the owner about the outrageous price, and tried to get him to negotiate, but he will not lower the price.

Use them on a regular basis and very satisfied.

The Karl Mattes Company recommended this company to us. We initially hired the Karl Mattes Company to do this work. We bought the gas logs and a glass front door for the fireplace from the Karl Mattes Co. Karl said that the Beresford organization does all their gas log work. We liked Beresford. They did a nice job. The service technician took the time to explain to us how everything worked, I appreciated that. After the installation we thought we smelled a gas leak. We called Beresford and they came right out. It turns out that new gas logs have a ''burn off'' time period. In the end, this was positive experience.

WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH BERESFORD FOR OVER 12 YEARS. WE HAVE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THEM WHICH INCLUDES A SPRING AND FALL CHECK-UP OF OUR FURNACE AND CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER. WE ALSO HAVE A DIRECT EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER WHICH RINGS TO THE TECHNITION ON CALL DIRECTLY. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FAMILY OWNED AND ARE VERY HONEST AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE IN THE CINCINNATI AREA.
