Description of Work: Had two area rugs and a large portion of wall-to-wall carpet cleaned, and the work was top notch and the price was fair. In addition, all communications with Apke were timely and clear, they were punctual on their appointments, and their field personnel were totally polite and professional. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them as well.

Description of Work: I purchased this service through Angie's Lisa because of their "A" rating. It was well deserved. They did an excellent job on 3 bedrooms, an office and stairs. The carpets look better now than ever!

Description of Work: Cleaned two floors of carpeting, including stairs. The carpets were in bad shape and they did a great job.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in home. |I am renting a mobile home that hadn't been occupied in two years and the last tenants were less than stellar. |We've done a lot of work to bring the home to livable conditions and you can imagine the shape carpets were in! |Apke did a terrific job and I'm confident now in walking barefoot on the carpets. |I would recommend them to others. |They are nice people, too, which is icing on the cake.

Description of Work: I first used Apke to clean my wool rug and wool felt mat underneath when the manufacturer said it had to be cleaned by someone specially trained, and gave me Apke's name. They did a GREAT job. Then on 12/23/16, I had a huge flood in my house, and when I went on Angie's List to find someone, I saw that Apke also did flood remediation so I called immediately. This was at 7 am, but Mr. Apke answered the phone and had help to me by 10 or 11. Amazingly, they got everything dry! They came back to check on Christmas eve, then again the day after Christmas.

Description of Work: We had three rooms and steps cleaned. We also had a couch cleaned. The rugs and steps look terrific. He explained everything that he was going to do and then showed my husband what a clean area looked like versus the untreated areas. I was very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Scheduled appointment to clean carpets and grout in bathroom floors. They called the day of the appointment, asked if I minded if they came a little early as they'd had a cancellation. They were polite and friendly, and did as good a job as the much more expensive services. The carpet and bathroom floors were noticeably cleaner. They also cleaned the 4x6 entry rugs by the doors, something that the more expensive services won't do (they insist the rugs have to be done back at their location). I will be using Apke again and am happy to recommend them.
