great job well done

They were on time for our appointment and were able to determine what the issue was with an old electrical conduit that was not in use anymore. It must have had a crack underground and got flooded and sent the water into the house. They were able to remove it and patch up the hole in the house.

They did a GREAT job ! called to get an estimate for the replacement of a hot water tank . They were very responsive to my needs and gave me a good price . I am still waiting for another company in Medina to call back with a quote . They came on time , a little early , which I really liked and Joe did a great job installing the tank and being very professional . I have used Ber's in the past for electrical , HVAC , and plumbing and could not be happier !

Installation and removal of two toilets was done in a timely manner and Joe was very professional. Would definitely hire again.

I met with 3 different HVAC companies, and I was most impressed with Nate from Ber's. He was knowledgeable, explained everything well, and he knew what he was talking about, not just repeating a sales pitch. Their pricing was significantly lower than the other 2 companies. They were able to install both in a few days after I signed the agreement. The installation of both took 2 days, but they made sure that I had heat before they left after the first day. I called Nate to ask some questions about the thermostat, and he came back out to not only explain how it works, but also he programmed the thermostat for day and night, heat and cool. I highly recommend them.

Joe came at the promised time and snaked my toilet. Snaking didn't work the first couple of times, even though the snake was 4 foot into the drain. Joe said something is wedged in the toilet so he snaked again for 2 more tries. He got an 8 inch comb out!! The visit was very relaxing because one way or another Joe was set on getting me a working toilet so I would be taken care of. This is my third job trusted to BER'S and it won't be my last. Their service providers are always very friendly and always put the customers at ease on arrival. I would definately hire them again.

Very well. The new faucet was installed very efficiently and has been working great so far. The plumber was very helpful and polite. He also gave me some recommendations because I would like to replace tub/showerheads and faucets in two bathrooms.

Ber's came out and gave us an estimated. We scheduled the appointment but when the day came we received a phone call that he was sick and wouldn't be available for a couple of weeks. Since it was just before Christmas it would be tough to get anyone out until after the holiday. Fortunately they we able to squeeze us in and they sent Tom to come out at 8am. He was on time, very efficient, confident and fast. I would hire them again without a reservation. Great experience.

Randy is the best! I had 3 light fixtures and a broken doorbell for him to tackle and he took care of everything in no time. I love Ber’s! These are my guys for electrical and plumbing services. Very reliable, dependable and reasonable.

My toilet was ancient and cracked at the base. I called because it wasn’t flushing properly. I had it replaced. Joe was amazing. My life is definitely hassle free knowing that he did a professional job and I won’t have any problems with the toilet when I have company over to visit.

Crew arrived at 8:00 AM, totally finished at 3:30 PM. Friendly and efficient. Did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Used Ber’s Electrical Services in August, 2018. Kudos to the Electrician, as he had maneuver around my basement and small kitchen. Very satisfied with the work completed: as scheduled, within the agreed service estimate, friendly service. Would definitely use them again.

Went very smoothly. Done quickly and efficiently!

Installation completed professionally. Required running a costly line that we did not expect for an additional $1500.

Poorly...electrician came to the home but did not complete the work for our tenant. Hired a Handy-man who completed both task in 20-minutes. The electrician reset the ground fault electrical outlet and replaced the ceiling light.

The coupon was a good deal but the service wasn’t executed properly.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. I had another electrical issue in our landscape lighting that I told Tom about while he was here and although he had another job to go to, he called it in and another electrician was available and came out the same day and fixed that problem as well. We were very grateful!
